Third time we have had breakfast here while in Durham, they were much busier than before, wait staff was scrambling and the manager was busy cleaning tables. The food selection is good, coffee would be perfect if it could be kept a bit hotter. We will be back!

My daughter and my first visit here was great! Good was great, service, everything. However, today we were excited to come back for a second time…from being seated to getting our order even taken…seems like everything was a struggle. They got my daughter’s very simple BLT order wrong TWICE. Not even an apology. Ended up having to get hers to go since they messed it up twice and took so long.

Easily a top 3 breakfast spot I've been, ever. Server was fantastic. Food was spectacular and the homemade buttermilk biscuits were unbelievable. I was surprised by the service and price and cannot express enough that this place is a must-try when in the area.

If you haven’t tried this place and love a primo breakfast, THIS IS THE SPOT! Isaiah was our server! It was our first time here and he gave us a great breakdown and history of BBB! He was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. He also kept our drinks filled and table clean. The food was freaking fantastic! The hash cakes Rock! Check this place out! The scrambled eggs were the best I've had at a restaurant. The wheat toast was from home made bread. Yummy ! I also had the hash brown and bacon.

Man when I say Atmosphere, food and service is A+++++, it is. Our server Isaiah was amazing and the culinary director (Matt) was also awesome and personable. We will be back and hopefully we will see a location in the Triad area! But we will be back to the Durham location. BIG BAD BREAKFAST is the BOMB!
This is my go-to breakfast place, I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is unique and amazing. Each time I go I try to get something new, but I always come back to the cathead chicken. Their gravy is just special. The service is just a plus they are always on top when it comes to the staff.

I was addressed as mama, which I found offensive. The food was over cooked. Bacon was hard to chew, sausages was spicy and the eggs I asked for over medium and got that on the outside and the outer was well.
Won’t be back.

Staff was very friendly and had great energy. The food was great - I got the “cathead” chicken biscuit. The prices were reasonable especially for the area. Definitely would come back.

This was my 1st visit there. I met up with a friend. The food was good, but it was not great. I wish that they had more items on the menu.

Sometimes you just have to go with your gut! I was looking for a new breakfast spot in town because I didn't want my usual. Because their were mixed reviews about the place, I thought about leaving but took a chance after asking a lady leaving the restaurant her opinion on the food and she proceeded to say it was good.
As soon as we walked in, there were maybe 3 tables seated and a bunch of staff. The hostess in particular must have been very new as she was very confused on how to seat us at our table. My mom ended up ordering pancakes and grits, and I ordered the low country skillet. Well in my opinion the title of this dish was very accurate. Nothing about this dish gave me country flavor or seasonings. The only thing with flavor was the four pieces of shrimp they gave me. The first biscuit given to me was hard as rock. I was give another one which turned out to be softer on the top, hard on the bottom and dry in the middle. The only thing that saved the biscuit was the made in house strawberry jam. My mom enjoyed her pancakes, but made a note that they do soak up all the syrup. The grits were okay, but after sitting on the table for about 3 minutes they became cold and stiff.
Nothing to rave about, but I encourage you to try it for yourself as everyones tastebuds are made differently!
