This was a 1 and done for me. Sigh. the staff was ok but very dry talked low and just looked miserable didn’t say hello how can I help you they just looked at you and waited for you to talk. I had to talk them into smiling. Everything was just meh. Just a cloud of sadness over all of them. The girl in front of me ordered a salad the lettuce was very brown she ask for fresh lettuce she didn’t get it. Then she didn’t want croutons the guy just took them off the salad and put it back on the line. He could have just made a new salad the lettuce was already brown. Then it took them a long time to make me and my son pizza. I had to wipe off the table we sat at. When I walked in it was no customers so I could see if they were busy but it didn’t seem like it. Once I finally got my pizza, my son was finished with his. I used a shaker to put Parmesan cheese on my pizza I looked closely and noticed lumps in cheese I took it over to the worker and asked him what it was he confirmed my suspicions it was mold. I gave it to him then I the customer had to say let’s check the others and they all had mold. They remade my pizza so I then had to wait longer. I ordered a cauliflower pizza and did express it was because of an allergy no gloves were changed no special area or press was used for the dough and in my mind I was like why did they ask. I understand cross contamination but if there were specific protocols that needed to be followed they were not followed. I struggled with posting this because I was trying to stay positive but I really want this place to do better.

So much better than other brands, their pizza is made with real tomato sauce and the selection of add-ons are there for your choice of choosing. We get to see them make your order, I love this place.

We came in to grab a quick pizza but quickly discovered that the two young men prepping pizzas, had the get up and go of two sloths in a freezer. No joke. One also appeared to be high on something. We had to explain how to make the pizza. Terrible service for mediocre food. The prep area was also a mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I wish I took photos to show u the accuracy of this review. I also really wish I could give this place 0 stars. HORRIBLE is the only word I can use to describe this experience. The staff rude. The food disgusting. The restaurant FILTHY!!!!!
I have been to several blaze pizza locations in NC this is by far the only one that is horrible. Normally I love their food and service but this is my second time at this location and I had to leave feedback this time. I am specifically on a keto diet so I go here often to get the cauliflower crust pizza because it is keto friendly. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done. With attitude the tall gentleman working the pizza over legit SHOVED my pizza in the back of the over with plenty of attitude. Sadly the pizza was undercooked and the dough practically still raw.
The restaurant looked like it hasent been cleaned all week with trash all over the floor and filthy tables. Behind the counter almost everything was empty and things were just thrown all over the place. Make me wonder what they pay the staff for here. I legit am never one to complain but this wasn't just wrong it was disrespectful. My mother who is a vegetarian asked the lady making the pizza to change her gloves because she had just got done making this other gentlemen's meat lovers pizza. With the absolute most attitude the lady responds with a big NO and proceeds to use the same gloves ( my mother did not buy the pizza and walked away while she was making it). She then threw the pizza with just sauce and cheese on it in the garbage with an aggressive amount of anger.
I have been to this location twice. I highly recommend any upper management reading this to please speak to the staff working there. I don't want to explain what the staff looked like or name them because that would be rude but these guys have no respect for paying customers. If they hate working there so much then maybe quit ur job and work elsewhere but please do not take it out on my family and I. To remain respectful I will end this review here but trust me I would love to use more disrespectful words but I was not raised as such.

We've decided to stop coming because the service is achingly slow. It isn't the timing of cooking the pizza; it's the number of workers, the speed they move, and the just a general sense of unhappiness about everything they do.
We've been a few times in the past couple of months, and have found that it always this way, and made the decision to not come back after this last visit.

The good: The person working there was very kind and helpful. The pizza was delicious.
The bad: The toilet in the bathroom was broken. The fountain drink machine was broken. I fully blame management for this.

Love blaze pizza. None of their locations let me down. The food was great, the pizza was hot and fresh.
The customer service was cool, not mu.ch communication at this location when it comes to picking up your food at the counter. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The people making the pizza were great, the guy that was doing the baking didn't ask if I wanted any finishes and didn't even say a word to me or my partner. He also acted offended when my partner asked for full sauce cups instead of the less than half filled one they received after having to pay extra for them.
