After an event at the hotel I had the opportunity to eat at the bluestone restaurant. Marla and Jerome were awesome! They were extremely busy but still found a way to be courteous and made sure the food came out in a decent time. The brussel sprouts were very good, definitely worth a try!

Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner at Hilton Durham Bluestone Grille. I had the flatbread tomato basil and Mac n cheese. Food is exceptional. They also have a Starbucks until lunch hour and breakfast buffet.

Had the best wings- I've been to Anchor Bar, Duff's, Danny's (by Buffalo airport), Lew's in VA and the Bluestone has it down pat! Order the 10 spice wings (must have) and if you have room: 2 meats brisket and chicken. Had to ask for a side of the 10 spice for the chicken because it is so good! The Brussels sprouts are fantastic. The mac & cheese is good, but I'm partial to mine. Would definetly recommend. BTW- Julian is a great server and very attentive to everyone in the restaurant! When back in the area will specifically come by here for the wings and service!

Recently moved into the neighborhood and stopped by the Bluestone Grille. Convenient location, lovely atmosphere, and GREAT service. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks and Ravon was fantastic! Nice selection of adult bevy’s and the food menu deliver wonderfully — we had spatchcock chicken and brisket with greens and Brussels. Delicious! Whether you are a local or here for business this is a location to add to your list. Thank you, Hilton, Bluestone Grille, and Ravon. We will be back!

This was the first time I had been to this restaurant. I did not realize it was inside the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was only one gentleman working but he was fast, efficient and most of all pleasant!!!
