The staff, especially Ravon, was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The smoked chicken with mustard BBQ sauce was phenomenal! Hush puppies were great. Service was a bit slow with just a couple of staff handling all tables, but the staff was first-rate.

Shawn provided outstanding service with friendliness that elevated the experience of my stay to a whole new level.Dietary restrictions: The hummus dish was a good vegan appetizer but there really wasn’t much else to choose from. I wish this establishment had more vegan options , if so I’d definitely return regularly.

Do check your invoice for wrong charges and belongings before you leave. We had a very bad experience. Very poor customer service. A big let down of Hilton name. Management did not return calls despite many requests left on voicemail of managers.

My wife Pam & I had a very nice stay during a stressful time of me going to Duke University for tests to donate my kidney. Mario & Lynette at the front desk were very accommodating. We had dinner at the Blue Stone Bar & Grill one night, right there at the hotel. It was delicious. Ravon & Julian took good care of us at the bar. I had the Beef Brisket & two sides. Sauces on the side. My favorite was the local BBQ. All were good. Pam had the Hush puppy's & the corn crab chowder soup. We look forward to our next visit up there. See you all in February. Save a spot for us at the bar.

We attended an event here, but did not stay overnight at the hotel. This is for the event space only The space was ok...too crowded, room could have been bigger and everyone would have been more comfortable. The service was just not acceptable. Very slow, seemed very unorganized. Servers were walking around like they were lost and had no idea what to do. Our table was near the entrance where the staff was going in and out and it was very noisy. We had to ask for a basket of rolls....one lady at our table never did get a salad. The salad was VERY small, one half of a strawberry and one small slice of orange out of a can, about half a walnut and a little spring mix. We had "prime rib" that was a very thin slice of fatty beef. No veggie at all, just some roasted potatoes. For dessert we had two slices of a frozen pound cake with a little strawberry sauce on it. Yuck! I can not recommend this venue.

Excellent, clean rooms, quiet, quick checkin. No complaints. However, a disgruntled employee got angry with another who served me a cappuccino before Starbucks was open - made a small scene. Geez, I thought customer service is about taking care of the guest. Bad attitude of 1 employee loses a star for the review. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The hotel is probably the dirtiest I've seen in this category. The carpet is filthy, the wall papers are falling off, and I saw a cockroach the size of an AirPods Pro case just casually taking a stroll in my first room. Here's the thing with cockroaches. They normally hide and come out when you are not active. So to see one like that means there's hundreds more in the hotel. It was a restless night and I'd avoid this branch at all costs.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is very spacious and nice. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the hotel staff are very nice. There is a good starbucks coffee counter in the lobby as well.
Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was clean & perfect! Heather in the Resturant for breakfast was very nice & took great care of me! The gym was clean & had plenty of options. Very nice hotel / I will be back!!

Not friendly at the desk, seemed like I was intruding, even though there were three employees at the desk and no one else in the lobby. On top of being ride, there was no diamond recognition at all. The road noise and the A/C noise in the room was incredibly loud, very difficult to sleep, this was not a good stay at all. I do not recommend this hotel, especially with so many other Hilton properties in the area.

This Hilton is in a great location, close to the University and the downtown area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. Their breakfast is buffet style and I was surprised they had good vegetarian options, as well as the freshness. Heather, the hostess was certainly attentive making sure all the guests we taken cared of. I would recommend.
