Great service great food.

The workers stood around I guess because it was the change of shift, the first waitress was trying to hurry up and get us to order we've never been there before and was trying to decide. we finally did decide on what we wanted the staff seem to just stand around. The girl that showed up for the new shift tried to catch up to what was going on. She did very well under the circumstances and she tried to help us the best she could. Being that we were kind of complicated and the time frame it took them to prepare the food, with that and the order wrong or stuff left out, we had to get it to to go. The waitress tried her best to get things straightened out, I can't say we were the perfect customers either. I think I would try a different location. I did like what the menu offered. But I would do a different location next time. Also we were the only customers until right before we had to leave that's when they got some other customers and it became more hectic for the waitress to try and to help us.

We were on our way back from a trip to VA. My wife love their food, so we made a point to stop by for lunch. The food was good, the server was nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. We both enjoyed the meal.

the table was dirty, the utensils were not clean, the slow cooked turkey was not slow cooked, it was just a turkey ham, it is just waste of money.

Ordered three sides online at 8:45a for pickup at 11:30a. Arrived on time and stood around (at the carry out cashier stand) for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence. It has now been over 25 minutes and I still don’t have my order. Strongly do not recommend for catering or carry out. It should be noted that this restaurant is not busy right now.

Friendly staff. I was greeted when I entered and was wished a good day when I left. Just wish that I had been offered a refill on my ice tea when I had finished my glass. I was handed my bill, but not asked if I wanted anything else.

I visited this location today around 8 PM (Tuesday) and overall food was good and the service was fine. However, I was surprised by some confusion regarding the “Kids Eat Free” promotion.

There’s a huge sign right behind the main counter stating that kids eat free on Tuesdays after 4 PM, and the same offer is listed on the Bob Evans website stating one kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée. When I asked about it, the hostess/waitress said they weren’t aware of the promotion and even mentioned the sign was “old.” The manager also didn’t seem to know about it.

At the end they gave me a one time discount which was appreciated, however, it was surprising especially considering how clearly the promotion is displayed both in-store and online. just to point out something that could be improved with better communication between their advertised promotion and restaurant staff.

Very nice & clean establishment. Friendly staff. This was for a take out order.
Food was okay. Bacon, undercooked and strongly flavored, grits were undercooked, and the scrambled eggs were decent. Getting condiments, like cream, butter, plasticware, napkins, salt, pepper, etc... Had to be asked for, each item. Still did not get any butter or jelly for my toast. Almost like the staff wasn't trained or did practiced for take out service. I'm not casting shade on the staff, but the management could use some remedial training.

This was a pick up order of the trio meal, turkey, ham, and the beef gravy. The food tasted good I must say. When I got to the facility the people were very accommodating, and super nice.
