Would give it zero stars if possible. Went February 23rd, Sunday, placed the order in the App,when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, my order was not ready. I went in,waited several minutes before I was even acknowledged by the young lady that was working the drive thru. When the order was finally ready,a young man brought it to me. When I asked him a question about the long delay and asked for condiments, he just walked away and didn't acknowledge me. The worst part in all of this was the two Cheddar Bo biscuits and egg and cheese biscuit were BURNT......ugh, how disappointing, rude staff,long wait and burnt food! Do better Bojangles,get Better Help!

I was there on Sunday went through the drive through ordered a wing dinner with French fries and a Dr pepper she told me 9 something I have the receipt downstairs got to the window the young man at the window was going to give me a jug of ice tea I said I didn't order that I ordered a wing dinner and fries with a Dr pepper he closed the window come back they did charge you for that ..I said she took my order and told me how much it was..he still confused and I was getting a little upset.I asked what happened? He said I don't know can you drive up by the trash so I did..I sit there for a while so I'm ready to get out the car to go see what was going, this young man comes out with my wing dinner and I asked him where is my Dr pepper?he replied and said I will get you one that took a few minute's of two..now mine me I was there over twenty to twenty five minutes after I had placed my order.This Bojangles #701 check #30452. The amount was 9.73 date 1/5/25..

I ordered a Cajun chicken salad on several occasions. The first occasion they forgot my salad dressing, 2nd occasion they didn't give me any utensils, 3rd occasion my salad had one piece of chicken I'm so over this place and I will not be going back! The manager young black man was rude as I don't know what and he wonders why his employees don't do a great job. If he is incompetent what makes him think his employees would do a better job? I won't be going back to this place because I don't spend money in places that don't respect me, my time nor my money! Good riddance!

I have loved Bojangles for 45 years but I don't get it much since I live up north. It rarely lives up to the legend that lives in my head. However, this was pretty good. Food could have been hotter, but all in all, I would eat here often!

I found out, they advertised breakfast all day. If you order country ham biscuit with extra ham in the afternoon and the last 2 times l receive overcooked dried ham pieces, not whole pieces, it was fragments of leftovers. This is expensive to not get what you paid for in your purchases. To close l bet the employees biscuit would not looked like that. Sorry l had to speak the truth. To all customers check your food, l have learned the hard way and drive off and get to far away to go back. I worked in food places and after so long it is supposed to be discarded. Also l had to wait for that kind of services
As someone who lives in the North and doesn’t have easy access to Bojangles, it’s always a real treat when I get the chance to eat here. Bojangles is hands down one of the best fast food experiences, especially if you’re craving good Southern comfort food. The chicken is always perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. It’s a flavor you can’t really find anywhere else.
Their biscuits are another standout. Fluffy, buttery, and delicious, they’re a perfect complement to any meal. Whether I’m having them plain, with gravy, or making a biscuit sandwich, they never disappoint. And let me tell you about the grits—some of the best I’ve had at any fast food restaurant! Creamy and flavorful, they’re a true Southern staple done right.
The overall experience at Bojangles is consistently great. Every time I visit, the food is hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It’s fast food that doesn’t compromise on quality. I just wish there was one closer to where I live, but it’s always a special occasion when I get to enjoy it!

Halfway through my order the employee yelled “give me a damn minute” idk what’s going on with service or if people just think their jobs are a joke but this is unacceptable. If the employee needed a second I would have gladly given her one, but to curse at a customer is absurd.
