One of the worst Bojangles that I have eaten at. Service up front was super slow. They ran out of trays for dine in because nobody was cleaning the seating area and all the trays were piled up in the trash area.

This is worst Bojangles ever with customer service. I DO NOT Recommend this location to anyone. It’s worth driving a few miles to the next location. Never seen a group of lazy people with nasty attitudes. Owners need new management.

Poor service and pure laziness. They had me and my family wait in line for 45 minutes then waited until we got to the window to tell us they had to thaw chicken. Including a bad attitude, don’t go.

I went to bojangles to order 2 bo’s chicken sandwich combos and waited in line for 40 minutes. When we finally got to the window the lady who worked at the drive thru said “we only have one order of the bo’s combo because all the other chicken is frozen.” We then asked “what are you all going to do then?” And then the manger came around and told us “I can’t thaw it”. That’s just laziness. They also had a horrible attitude. What else do you expect people to order at a bojangles if you don’t have chicken??

I would rate this store 0 if I can.its been 3 times since last two weeks they don't have fried chickens for morning around 8 which is crazy.simply the answer is our worker not here who preps chicken. Most of the time you will get chickens or other items like bacon or even biscuits are over dried which taste nasty and rubber. Not worth to go here

It's no time like Bo time. Fried chicken is crispy, juicy, and flavorful. Texture is nice and crunchy. Not quite as spiced as Popeyes, but also not as heavy/greasy. Different flavor and I love em both. Fries from Bojangles are awesome and not too salty. The 3 piece dinner is my go-to, 4 piece if I'm feelin hangry. Got take out to my hotel and the meal stayed fresh. Dig in!!!
