Got here at 9:25pm.. ordered a 4 piece supreme and a 2 piece white meal.. get to the window and wait like 4 minutes only for them to come to the window and tell us “ we ain’t got no chicken.. we got supremes and sandwiches but no chicken”
1) why not tell us at the intercom?? 2) please learn how to speak to customers 3) you had 30 mins until y’all closed.. you could have taken the time to fry 2 pieces of chicken.
Y’all’s close time is 10pm.. not 9:30!

The restaurant itself isn't one star, just to be clear.
Google Maps says that this location, and another Bojangles very close nearby, have their drive-thru open until 10pm. Maps says this was confirmed by the business six weeks ago. We went by both locations, one at 9:40pm and one at 9:45pm, and the drive thru was most definitely closed. I tried to submit an edit to the hours through Maps but idk if it'll be accepted.

Stopped in today because this bojangles have a score of 4 out of 5. Great( wrong) as soon as we walked in we were not greeted, this young lady had a bad attitude and it’s clear she hates her job( please go find you another job). My husband made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. OMG this child almost had a fit because she had to actually do her job and change the order. Then she just threw the food in the boxes , mashed potatoes were dripping down the side of the cup, biscuit was ok and my chicken tenders were hot(thank goodness). Overall I would not stop here again until they can find somebody that actually like their job and not just there for a check.

The food was great. We asked for a couple packs of hot sauce and somebody gave us a fist full of hot
sauce. Thank you for that, I used to work there for 18 years, the whole entire staff was outside smoking in their car and on the wheelchair accessible ramp they had two people inside eating front cashier on her cell phone definitely I will not be coming back

The worst Bojangles I’ve ever experienced. All the workers were beyond rude except for 1 guy. It really surprised me, I’ve never experienced a fast food place with such horrible service. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, as I will never return. On the other hand, the Bojangles on Roxboro Rd has outstanding service.

Worst Bo's in RTP, probably in the US. Consistently the food is cold, chicken has a weird texture. Fries aren't seasoned like normal Bos. Bo rounds and soaked in grease. Believe me, I love Bo's but don't go here, things have to change.
