If you’re driving home from work and you crave a piece of fried chicken, what can I say? The only issue I have with the chicken is not getting it all over my shirt while I’m eating and driving. Usually, it’s really good. I either get a fried chicken breast or Bo’s chicken sandwich. The Boberry biscuits are always a treat; if you haven’t tried them, you must.

Asked for extra Cajun seasoning, half sweet half unsweet, and honey mustard. Got sweet tea, no Cajun seasoning, no honey mustard, and cold fries.

We ordered 4 pc supreme dinners and got 4pc fried chicken with fries missing from one and stale fries in the other, even after repeating the order 5 times. The mic is clearly broken and there’s no screen to confirm the order.

I reallllly want to like this restaurant, but they make it so hard. They’ve gotten my order correct zero out of a literal dozen times. Zero. And that’s both at the window and the actual food. The fried chicken is never crispy and never fresh (to be fair I do go later at night). The parking lot/drive thru has been disgustingly dirty every time I’ve gone. The staff have been really friendly once. When I had to bring my food all the way back this last time (I’ve learned to check it in the parking lot before driving home, they fooled me on this one because it was a large order, and I didn’t look inside every box… My bad), anyways, they were polite but I just got handed a correct box when I gave them the wrong one - no sorry, no exchange out my other food, which was now cold, not even offering for me to keep the wrong food. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review - clearly, I got to a dozen wrong orders - but maybe this will actually help them improve. On a positive note, I will say their drive thru usually moves pretty quickly.

Extremely rude when they forgot my sauce in the drive thru, it's okay for someone to come in and ask you for sauce

I asked about the meals and the cashier at the drive thru was very hateful he said he didn't know anything about it, no thank you or nothing very disrespectful

It's Bojangles. If it's hot and fresh then it's good. It was.

I love bojangles. I have never written a review for a restraunt before, but this location ALWAYS forgets part of my order. I didn't check my box before I got home. I paid for a 5 piece supreme dinner with 2 honey mustards. Missing a sauce, and a strip, which I paid extra for. Super frustrating to find this out when I am all the way home and sitting down to eat dinner

Biggest lesson learned : go to the Roxboro St. location if you want Bojangles in Durham.

I’ve debated wasting my time to call corporate because calling the S Miami location does nothing. I’ve lived in the area for over 7 years and have frequently visited the S Miami Bojangles. Today was the first time back in 2 months since my last horrible experience. Again, it was horrible and they charged me $4 extra for a gallon of tea I did not request. I didn’t catch this until I got home of course. Additionally, the chicken tenders were horrible tasting… no seasoning or spices used. If you want Bojangles in Durham… just go across the city to any other one except S. Miami!

First time ever having Bojangles. we got a family 12 piece meal. The chicken was so good and tender, the biscuits were insane we loved them , the mac cheese, the rice and the beans were out of this world. and the Sweet Tea was soooooo good. Glad we got to eat here while we were on this side of the country.
