Would give it zero stars if I could. Placed my order with the App,when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, it took several minutes to be acknowledged by the staff,a young lady working the drive thru, no other workers were in sight on a Sunday morning at that. When I was finally acknowledged, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for two Cheddar Bo biscuits and an egg and cheese biscuit. The only reason I did not walk out was that I had family visiting from out of town and they requested Bojangles,as it is not available where they live,and I already paid for the food in the App and did not feel like going through the hassle of a refund . Once the food was finally ready, I attempted to ask the young man that brought it to me about the delay,and he just walked away, I also had to ask several times for condiments and napkins. The worst part of it all, the food was burnt!each biscuit, by this time,family was well on their way on the road. SO DISAPPOINTING BOJANGLES!! DO BETTER AND GET MIRE PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!

Edit after deciding to eat it since I can't return it, worst fish sandwich I've ever put in my mouth.

Tried to get something to eat at the drive thru since the dining room closed at 9pm on a Saturday night. I was driving an activity bus, so I had to walk up to the window. I was ignored and eventually told they could not do that, and refused me service. So I had to get a to go order from the restaurant beside them. Getting back on the bus, I observed them serving another bus driver at the same window I was refused service at.

The food was cold and tasted awful. The salad had brown leaves and refused to replace the dish. The chicken was undercooked.

You can't go wrong with BOJANGLES, chicken is alway on point, what would i give to have a Bojangles in Chapel Hill!!
Service is horrible PER USUAL. Close the store for a week or more and retrain the employees on the importance of delivering customer service and good work ethic. It's lacking!
