Never go here on a Sunday. I come here all the time and Sunday always has the most rude and negligent employees working. I went inside to order at 12:30 today and they were serving dry old chicken, my drink order was wrong, and they packed a thigh with my white meat order. Even when I got home the to go box was ripped and it opened, spilling most of my fries. It's pretty good regularly but I will never come back on a sunday.

I don't really understand what is happening to this location. I came here plenty of times with zero issue before, bit now they can just never get my order right. Consistently.

My order is super simple: Cajun Fillet Buiscuit and a drink. Not hard at all! Until recently apparently.

3 times. 3 times in a row, I order this, and am given a normal chicken sandwich with tomatoes and lettice and weird bread and no cajun or whatever, not at all what I asked for.

If you don't have the correct sandwich why not just tell me? I didn't review poorly after the first few times, thinking it must be just bad luck, but this many times in a row??? For something so simple??

I'll be happy to update this after they fix this. Until then, other Bojangles are my recommendation.

Smelled like sewer when walking in.

I ordered to go, was served to dine in.

They don't have a fountain machine for refills in the sitting area.

The worst experience and horrible employees. I go to this bojangles all the time, and I’ve never had an issue ever at this location.
Tonight when I pulled up to order, the lady had placed the wrong drink order on the menu and I corrected her just to be sure, and just responded yup pull-up.
As I pulled up I gave her my card, she swiped it and I had looked down to grab my wallet, about a 5 second interaction and she goes “MAAM” super loudly and shoves my card in my face.
I told her I just needed a minute to put my stuff away, wasn’t sure what her problem was but at this point… I’m highly irritated. As I am waiting they are all standing in front of the window giggling and peeking over at me, and then the girl who took my order looked at me with this face of “CAN I HELP YOU” staring at me from the window. to which I asked her that.. and she goes “she’s making your sand-which” with a bunch of attitude and then they all collectively blocked the window and that made me feel uneasy considering they’re handling my food, and these people didn’t come off nice to begin with, it seemed to be the entire staff, they’re all giggling and peeking out at me and then she hands me my food and slams the window shut.
I took time to look through my order and make sure everything was right so I didn’t have to go back and deal with them, as I’m putting all my stuff in order she opens the window and she goes “do you need something!?” And I asked her what the heck her problem was and I’m just putting my stuff away and checking my food and she responded with “well you’re holding up my line” (there was one car behind me) and that was the final straw. The shift leader said something along the same lines as her and they all seemed to come to the window with the escalation. Like entertainment for them; sounds like they need more work to do. If you have time to lean you have time to clean!
Antagonizing customers is fun for them I guess? Needless to say, threw the food away and will be disputing the charge as I believe they messed with my food. My chicken was cold and undercooked and the mashed potatoes were water, like soup.
Needles to say I’ll be putting in a complaint to the health department for investigation in this matter…

Manager supervisor was rude, not professional, loud unruly, confrontational, and a bully. She continued to be rude after I asked a question. She was loud and rude and nasty and mean, she continued to be rude. After I asked a question then she proceeded to dismiss me like a child. This supervisor needs training.

While the food is good, the customer service is mid. The workers at the window are mute. They need to learn customer service skills and lose the attitudes. Atleast act like you like your job.

I love Bojangles, but I’ve ordered the family variety feast on three separate occasion for delivery and every time they’ve forgotten the chicken tenders. Really frustrating to constantly have to figure out how to replace the tenders for dinner every time
