I ordered 2 sausage and cheese biscuits and my friend ordered a 4 piece supreme, my order came out burnt and crusty. on the 4 piece supreme the fries was hard and dry, this is unacceptable.

If I could give "0" stars I would! As a former manager of Bojangles, this was the worst service ever!!! I ordered a Super Tailgate Special with plates and 6 cups of ice! Ms E (I won't post your name) at the drive thru handed me a cup without a cup holder! I said can I get one and that's when she did so! NEVER got my plates! Didn't get the correct condiments that I asked for in the speaker! There was NO hello or thank you...nor smile! DO YALL REALIZE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB???? No customers, no money, BUSINESSES CLOSE!!!! My biscuits were in the same box as the chicken 🤦🏾♀️since when do we do this??? And to make matters worse, there were only 4 in the box! Yep I checked before leaving drive thru! I wish I would pay almost $40 for food for my kids and get home to only have to come back! Get your stuff together MANAGEMENT!!! Too many workers were leaning and talking! They're a DIRECT reflection of you! I WON'T BE BACK! Calling Corporate ASAP!!!
*Went back because my fries were missing! Requested a refund and was giving the food back! Thank you Manager Antonio for remedying the situation! You're greatly appreciated!

I love Bojangles but this one is the worst. We stopped there at least once a month and every single time we are missing an item from our order or missing utensils for things like gravy biscuits. Please upgrade the training for the drive-thru staff. If it's on the ticket it goes in the bag.

Keep in mind this place closes at 10 we were there by 9,We walk in asking for the super tailgate family meal,One staff say we got chicken another says we don't,So I start asking is there or not,they say there isn't chicken,this place closes at 10, it's currently 9,I recommend you dont bother even going there and find somewhere else to go
