They can never seem to put my gravy with my potatoes.. It is an order of mashed potatoes and gravy after all. My chicken biscuit is usually hot but the biscuits suck after 2 pm. Remind them at the window to put the spice on your fries they don't do it.

Don’t order delivery from here. Door dash makes you choose 6 sauce options and they still NEVER EVER put it in the bag. Also no forks for rice. $14 on a 4 piece supreme and the employees can’t and won’t read.
Plz bring back Apple Pay thru drive thru! So many other businesses has found a way to accomplish this, yet Bojangles has fallen behind! Taco Bell has a card reader on a stick for crying out loud!

We love this place, but they no longer have diet pepsi. The Pepsi 0 taste awful, leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Will not be eating there like we use to.
