I ordered food to go in person and asked for the chicken marsala with its original sides, I added two premium sides and paid $35. When I arrived to my destination I was ready to enjoy my food and was surprised to find only the two additional premium sides and a chicken breast but not the entire chicken marsala meal. When I called and explained the situation about the mistake they had made I was told that due to inflation this was the price of my order. However they didn't listen to me as a customer, explaining that I never replaced the original sides that came with the chicken marsala. I simply added two sides and was fine paying $35 for the meal and additional sides. Disappointing that they are not willing to listen to customers and offer a solution. I guess they dont care to lose a customer.

Updated 1/20/26 I visited BoneFish with my friend for lunch. Nicole,our server, was amazing, so polite and personable. We enjoyed the lunch special (nice they brought lunch menu back) and ordered the chowder soup, blackened fish tacos, Bang Bang tacos with sweet tea. They have martini’s for $5 on Monday and I had the blueberry lemon drop, my favorite drink.
Previous review: I dined in at Bonefish on Sunday and my server, Chelsea was the best. She was so kind and very attentive. The manager also asked how I was doing which was nice. I ordered the bourbon salmon, mash potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was little a more overcooked than I’m use to. I ordered take home meal and the salmon portion was noticeably smaller so will likely only eat in for the future. The bread is always enjoyable.
On prior visits, I’ve had their bang bang shrimp (my favorite), blue lemon drop martini, their calamari at a different location which were all fantastic. They also temporarily stopped serving lunch but see they have added it back.

My family and I went here for my 18th birthday and have been going here since I was a kid. This day our waitress was extremely rude and impatient. She seemed to only lighten up when she heard it was my birthday and even then only treated me nicely. Secondly, I threw up a few hours after eating the bang bang chicken because of food poisoning and have had one other person tell me the same happened to them at this location. I don't think we'll be going back.

I ordered takeout this time. I'll let you know how it goes but while I was waiting I tried to get a martini at the bar and it was packed. It was really hard to get some good service. There was one young lady who was outstanding and she remembered me unlike the other server. That part was pleasant. Otherwise Monday nights are rough because it's such a good deal.

I booked my reservation through Open Table, and the hostess was unfocused and didn't alert Open Table that I and my party had arrived. The food was excellent, but we were seated next to the kitchen and it was extremely noisy. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full so I feel we should have been seated at a different table. The waitress was fairly attentive, but didn't check with our table much. I have eaten there many times so I know the service could have been better.
Thankful for the manager, Carlos, who learned we were celebrating my parents 51st wedding anniversary (even though my father passed away this year) and treated us very nicely! Eric was a great server!

Roasted Brussels sprouts on premium side was amazing, and the Mahi Mahi with the mango salsa was perfect in every way. The wahoo was sold out when I went, which was a little disappointing, but the Mahi Mahi made up for it.
