See below after reading the top part. First time we were here. One of the best breakfast I had in a long time. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes, but I was seated within a minute. We ordered right away, and because they were busy, I took my phone out to catch up on the news. Before I finished the first article, our food was here, maybe 4 minute, hot and very good. I will be back because they have so much on the menu. My server Santa was the best also, making sure out glasses remained full. They really deserve a higher grade then 5 stars. All around excellent food, atmosphere, and very friendly.

We came back a week later and I didn't even recognize the place. Half the restaurant was empty and people waiting. It took 25 minutes to get a 2 top table because management was disorganized. The food quality was barely eatable and sent it back. They never asked if I would like something else. I ordered a skillet that was supposed to be corn beef hash, but if there was a teaspoon size of it, I would be surprised. We paid for our meals, and this is the last time we will visit. Obviously, if you don't care about what or how it's served, my money spends very well someplace else.

The food was absolutely amazing. The server, Sammy, was even better. She was patient, attentive and answered all our questions. And trust me when I say we had a lot of questions. The food came out in like 10-15 minutes and it was hot. The food was soooo good. It was our first time there and will definitely not be our last. 10/10

Stopped in this morning with a couple of friends to get a labor day breakfast.
We ordered pancakes, eggs, grits, omelets, and juice.
We arrived before the crowd came and as we were leaving there was a 30 minute wait.
The service was fast and the server was outstanding. The food was delicious.
It had been a while since any of us had eaten at Brigs and it was clear that we had been missing a treat.
We will definitely be including them in our future breakfast outings.

We came by at what would be brunch time. There was no wait for a table and our order was taken quickly.

My spouse got the eggs Benedict. The eggs were nicely poached, but she felt the hollendaise could have had better flavor.

I had a reuben sandwich that was pretty good and some sweet potato fries that were good too.

The service was friendly and we were checked on often enough.

We really love Brigs. The food is great.

My favorite pancakes in Durham! They have a different flavor every month. Staff is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is warm. The griddle combo is a great deal, and my dad loves their shrimp salad.

A friend and I decided to try here for brunch today. The wait was about 25 mins and the check-in process was seamless. The hostess was pleasant and our waitress was nice also. The food came out quick and was hot and flavorful. The hot chocolate was delicious! I would definitely revisit this location to try their other selections.

DURHAM LOCATION ?????

This Durham Location was excellent. Excellent service. My food was hot. The coffee was delicious. The surface was excellent. The cashier was nice, friendly and very professional
