The man taking the orders behind the counter was so miserable. No smile. No hello. Was completely bothered by customers even being present in the store. We were never asked if we were dishing in or taking out. Everyone is automatically getting their order to go.

Bruegger's never disappoints. I love love the sun-dried tomato spread. Staff always understands their assignment. I am a NY transplant and I haven't had a better bagel in NC thus far.

I am ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile and EXCELLENT Customer Service whenever I visit this bagel store. The manager Lori and assistant manager Claire are so sweet and friendly to everyone. They also remember my “special” order every time I come in! I just love the food here - Would definitely Highly Recommend!
