Food was hot, customer service was outstanding and they made me feel right at home

Women's athrooms definitely need cleaning. Very dirty commodes
The bagel was decent, but there was A LOT of cream cheese. It also seemed a bit overpriced. My sister got a BEC bagel and thought it was so so. All the tables were dirty too.
Been coming here for 5 years now, and it's run well, service is quick, food is great. The employees have always been very friendly, it's been a consistently perfect breakfast spot for years.
A variety of interesting bagels and bagel sandwich choices. Service was fast and friendly, and the bagels were fresh as promised.
10/10 recommend this place! Great staff, very fast service, very tasty food, if you like sweet tasting food try the Vermonter! Best bagel I’ve ever had!
Stopped by for a quick bite and was greeted by great/ fast service and just as great bagels!

This was my first time going to a Bruegger’s. I ordered bagels and cream cheese. My order was called and grabbed my food and started walking out and checked there was no cream cheese. I went back to where I got my food from and I said I am pretty sure I ordered cream cheese if I did not that’s cool. The lady behind the line was very rude and when I asked the young man about my order she interjected and said whatcha want and kept up with the attitude. She could have just politely said you grab it from the cooler below. She is definitely setting a bad example to the others on how to treat customers. I understand the food industry can be frustrating at times but her attitude is not acceptable.
