They switched up how to order and it’s awful. I have been coming to brueggers for 30 years. It’s the deli experience for me. Talking to the person making your bagel looking at the bagels etc. now it’s a fast food restaurant with only a screen to stare at. The people are still amazing. The manager I’ve recognized from my HS days in CH. but with the new set up- It wont be a top choice for me. And that makes me very very sad. Y’all are hiding your best assets (your people) behind screens. We kept coming even when we couldn’t sit in your restaurant for 3 1/2 years because the people were awesome because the people would talk to you and give you recommendations on bagels and show you a different bagel and a different type of sandwich. The sandwich artist would talk to your kid and give him a high five and show them how they made the sandwiches so it became a The sandwich artist would talk to your kid and give them a high five and show them how they made the sandwiches so it became An experience. It wasn’t just a beagle. It was a community. That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I hope y’all read this feedback as truly from a great space and just from love of Bruegger’s because I grew up there literally I’ve brought my kids there to grow up there as this was our special breakfast spot. I just hope corporate doesn’t make you guys turn into robots. Y’all are really the best people and I want to see you guys and not screens.

I am in on 1/11/2024 and when I tell you the service at this location is AMAZING!! I call and inquired about a 5-Cheese Bagel and Damien answered the phone and ensured that I’d have it ready once I arrived! All of the staff members have amazing customer service! Keep up the amazing work and service! Y'all need raises!

Tried Brueggers for the first time today... the lady at the counter where you pay was the rudest person I have met in a long time. I walked up to pay and she just stared at me without saying a word so I told her I ordered an everything bagel with scallion bacon cream cheese. She rolled her eyes then asked the person making the bagels what I got. She rang it in and I had my barcode for new sign up for the app pulled up and she just stared at me again without saying anything. I said I'd like to scan this so she grabbed the scanner and scanned it, put it down and just stared at me without saying anything again, I said thank you and she just blinked like 10 times quickly and still said nothing. My bagel was finished and the person handed her the bag and she threw it on the counter. I said thank you, have a good day and she rolled her eyes again and walked off. The entire interaction was extremely awkward and just flat out rude for no reason. I'm live an hour and half away and was only in the area for the airport so I've never interacted with her before.. it wasn't because of previous trips or anything. It was just wild.. I've never came across someone that was so rude for no reason, it's kind of comical; however, I do not want to return to this place if this is how I should be expect to be treated here.

This was my first time at a Brueggers. While I have known about the company. I have never tried it. As I am a rabid fan of breakfast. This did not disappoint in the slightest. I had a bacon/egg/cheese everything bagel. It was a beautiful sandwich!! Quality ingredients. Like if I could eat it over again, I certainly would in that moment.However, I was even more impressed with the service I received from the gentleman who seemed to manage the floor. Forgive me, I do not remember his name. A black gentleman. Because of the high quality of sandwich and exceptional service. I returned later to buy several loose bagels to try at home. And I will return again. Guaranteed.Thank you team!!

3 bagels cost $4.99 but if u get 3 bagels and 2 of them have cream cheese it’s costs $10?? And the bagels aren’t very big and they don’t put as much cream cheese as they used to so it’s a rip off.

I have tried for 90 minutes to ask a question and to no avail has anyone answered the phone. I realize they may be short staffed, but the phones just rings with no one picking up and after a while it takes you back to the automated response, press 1, press 2 or 3. I've tried both 2 and 3 and yet no one picks up. How can anyone with a question or placing an order get through to this location. So very frustrating.

The staff was pretty rude on my last visit a few months ago. There are no signs that you order first THEN go to the pay counter. Would be helpful to have signs for those that are not regulars to point them in the right direction.
