I agree with other reviewers that the ice cream is like cold soup definitely not frozen or even close to ice cream consistency. The portion size was small for what you pay and not worth it even if you come on half price Thursday.

Very good ice cream I brought my 84 year old cousin with me that day and she loved it.she was going to maple farm ice. And I told her to come and go with me to Bruster and she was glad that I did. Thanks for the best ice cream around 😋

Clean place, great ice cream, kind staff. The ice cream is smooth and fresh. So many flavors to choose from and the woman behind the counter graciously let me sample to find the one I wanted.

It seems a little silly to write a review of an ice cream parlor, but YUK! I'll never be back. The ice cream was like congealed soup -- mushy and flavorless. And the staff person was postiively unfriendly. Waste of money and calories, for sure.

Ice cream cake was not worth it. No effort was put on the cake. Only two layers where one inch was cake and the rest ice cream.
In contrast, dairy queen ice-crean cakes don't have cake. All of it is ice-cream with multiple layers of ice cream, and crunchiness of chocolate layers.
