Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Clean place, great ice cream, kind staff. The ice cream is smooth and fresh. So many flavors to choose from and the woman behind the counter graciously let me sample to find the one I wanted.

It seems a little silly to write a review of an ice cream parlor, but YUK! I'll never be back. The ice cream was like congealed soup -- mushy and flavorless. And the staff person was postiively unfriendly. Waste of money and calories, for sure.

Ice cream cake was not worth it. No effort was put on the cake. Only two layers where one inch was cake and the rest ice cream.

In contrast, dairy queen ice-crean cakes don't have cake. All of it is ice-cream with multiple layers of ice cream, and crunchiness of chocolate layers.

We ordered a signaure turtle Sundae and a turtle milkshake. The cashier told us that they had no caramel...but it would have chocolate. Then, after waiting for the order another person told use they did not have pecans. I said, ok peanuts. They didn't have peanuts. Why are they open if they don't have basic menu items. Asked for refund and she turned away to help someone else. Will not be back.

I am nearing the end of my first pregnancy and seem to always be craving ice cream. Bruster's is my favorite to get in the area and I decided to Doordash two pints to surprise my husband.After they arrived, we pulled them out of the bag and noticed someone on the staff wrote really sweet messages on the lids. It made my night and was greatly appreciated. I don't know who was working the night of Tuesday the 9th, but you're amazing!

Very good ice cream. We got the half price banana split available on Thursdays. Staff is very helpful. Cheerful ambience.

This was my first time visiting Bruster’s, and the customer service could have been a lot warmer. I wanted to taste a few flavors before deciding what to get. The woman seemed agitated with me asking to try a few flavors. She never smiled and acted as if she was agitated with me being there. The ice cream is good, but I won’t be returning.

I arrived to this Brusters location where it was 5 till 5pm and the door was still unlocked but no on was at the counter. I don’t like to give bad reviews but i was greeted with a bad attitude and told that the employee didn’t care i had an expiring coupon or that it was still before closing time. If the store is open until 5pm then you should still be able to provide the service until then. Very unpleased with this encounter.

The ice cream is the truth!! And the.. I suggest the vanilla caramel with the hot apple type turnover.. you won't regret it..

Wow!! Just Wow!! I came in with my family in HOPES for a nice outing but it was NOT what I had hoped for. We just finished eating dinner at Tomato Jakes and thought it’d be nice to get icecream. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD. I’m not sure if that was the manager or assistant manager but the attitude was SO bad. Before she even got to us I could tell. I left and took my family down across the street to another icecream store. I will not spend my money here.

The staff at Bruster is very friendly and the ice cream test so good specially during the hot days.

The Manager has a attitude problem; always looks salty. Real sour puss! Makes the ice cream taste bad. She needs customer service skills. Very expensive for half scoops. They will never get my money again.
