the staff here on a Sunday was attentive, professional and friendly, welcoming. the bahn mi sandwich was perfect.
I ordered from Uber Eats. There’s a large bug in the box. And it’s moving fast when I was about to open the box. That’s a super terrifying experience. I’ve been ordering here many times, but now I have serious concerns about the cleanness of kitchen
Edit after two weeks: After figuring out a quick moving bug for more than 2 weeks and I finally got some replies. And if you all can read that paragraph, it leaves me with a very unpleasant feeling, as though I'd rather find a bug in my food. Do you really think scoring high marks will keep the bug out of my food? If one can achieve 98.5 even with bug in one's food, then I've truly learnt something.
This was my first time trying. We had a large delivery. None of the food was labeled so we knew what it was. I ordered the beef bulgogi with extra meat and fried kimchi rice.... so paid a lot extra. I never got my bowl. None of them appeared to have extra meat and I ended up with white rice. I'm very dissatisfied.

I’m extremely disappointed in the way Bul Box in South Square handled a serious situation involving my friend. After being in a car accident, she responsibly reached out and even provided proof of what happened. Instead of showing any level of compassion or understanding, they fired her—knowing she was already going through a lot, including a loss of power and other personal hardships.
The management showed zero empathy, acted completely unprofessional, and treated her like she was disposable. It’s one thing to run a business, but it’s another to treat human beings with basic respect. The attitude across the staff is rude, cold, and degrading. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially during a time of crisis.
Would not recommend working here or supporting a business that doesn’t care about its people.

Favorite delivery order spot, haven’t been to eat in yet. Have ordered both for myself and group order for coworkers. Seoul box is my favorite. Bahn mi, fries and dumplings are also great options.

The food is really good but it would be nice if they had a smaller pasta and chicken for kids so we could go more often. I'm not willing to pay 2x$13 for them to eat noodles and a bite of chicken so having a kid option would be nice. The bowls themselves are terrific and a good value.
Kid-friendliness: They didn't have kids menu so just add noodles to yours and feed them off yours as there's plenty of food in the bowls. Mine are slightly too old to just share ours not they don't have any kids meals so you'll end up paying the full $13 price plus $2 for noodles for a half empty bowl once the kids are done with the "I didn't want that's"

While the Kimchi Chicken Sandwich boasted a promising interplay of textures and flavors, the execution leaned towards the heavy side. The fried chicken, though undeniably satisfying, proved somewhat overwhelming in conjunction with the bread and fries. While the individual components were well-prepared, the overall composition lacked a certain lightness and balance.
Vegetarian options: They have Kimchi

Parking: Park where you can
Kid-friendliness: Oh yeah

The food is not bad for the price, I’ve had a few things off their menu, and haven’t been disappointed with anything.

Food is list at a specific price. At checkout they at a “service tip” which isn’t included in the original price and then they ask you for a 20% tip because “gratuity not included” in the new total. I’m sorry but this is just a rip off and fraud. You are advertising your food at one price and then charging a completely different price.

They had a special on a katsu chicken sandwich so we tried two different ones. My SO had the Kimchi and I had the California (which I liked best). They were so good. The chicken had a nice crispy coating and was hot and juicy. The flavors were spot on. We also tried the Bulgogi spring rolls too, tasty. Dang y’all, I’m still dreaming about that chicken sandwich.
