The service was fast and independent. You order from and iPad and wait for your food to be served up. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very chill.

This location got me hooked on bulkogi then they fired the old crew and cheapened the food. Now its meh. We've been back three or four times since, always disappointed. Moving on.

Clean and fast service. The quality of food seems hit or miss. This past visit was terrible, plenty of food for a relatively cheap price, but was missing all flavor, bulgogi just tasted like beef, and rice was dry and hard in clumps. The kimchi was my favorite part.

Great place! Everything coincided and the establishment itself is cool, the location and the food are delicious, the portions are huge. For the price you pay you get an impressive portion of delicious food. Which you don't have to wait long for. We were pleased with the stand-alone sauces, which you can add for yourself) the friendly staff providing good service. I definitely recommend visiting.

Parking: Huge parking lot nearby with plenty of free parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Quite an acceptable menu for children.

This is my new favorite place at boxyard! I ordered the bibimbap with beef, and it was incredible! I make bulgogi at home, often, and this was worth paying for! The portions were generous, and the flavors were bold. Pickled diakon was delicious, and the food came out fast. Not to mention the perfect sunny side up egg. 10/10 will be back! Located upstairs!

This is one of my favorite barbecue restaurants as a vegetarian. I love their tofu. I’ve now had it in a burrito bowl and a quesadilla—both excellent. Servings are enormous, so I get two meals from one.

At this location, you order and pay on a tablet, then pick up your food from a counter. Tablet and counter are both inside the shipping container (the Boxyard is made of adapted shipping containers piled up cleverly), which also has a small dining area. You can wait inside for your name to be called, or you can wander around until you get a text.

It’s very efficient, even on weekday lunchtimes when RTP office workers form a line out the door!

Today was busy like that and one part of my order was wrong. I didn’t realize until I got home (I should always check carry-out orders in the restaurant!), but I replied to the “your order is ready” text and got a very polite response and a refund within 15 minutes! This kind of customer service more than makes up for a mistake.

Vegetarian options: Tofu option for all entrees. Some entrees come with egg or cheese, but you can decline those.

If you’re looking for AUTHENTIC KOREAN FOODS, this is the right place. Manager Peter is super cool and kind. Food quality, and the service are incredible. Even their desserts are amazing. We tried bulgogi rice and Hodduck, it is like a pancake, super yum. I was too starving to take a photo, but I’m willing to visit again and again.

Went to their food truck in Bond Brothers in Cary on Saturday. They were out of spicy pork during dinner time around 8 pm which was strange. The food was really good, well cooked, flavorful, spicy, full of sauce. One bowl is enough to feed 2 people.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for food and service. I came to the Boxyard location for dinner and got the BYO bowl with spicy bulgogi beef. Food had good flavor and it was ready within 10 minutes, but I unfortunately got food poisoning from their food. That was the only new thing that I had eaten that day so I know I got sick from their food. I wish I would have read the other one star reviews before coming here as it seems this not unusual for them. Never eating here again ??
