The burgers were so unique and delicious! They had outdoor seating which was great because I was able to bring my puppy. The manager was really friendly and even brought out some special dog treats. I would highly recommend this place, come hungry!

I went with coworkers for Exotic Meat Month. It was my first time at Bullcity Burgers. I got the Bug Burger and it was seriously one of the BEST burgers I have ever had! Leaving aside those squeamish about bugs and all, the patty itself was juicy and flavorful and actually a good size. I can't express how hard that is to find! Food was quick, staff was super efficient and polite. I will be back and bringing friends!

Me and the family stopped my last week for some dinner. We were greeted by the kindest man I've ever met at a restaurant, food ordering was simple and easy, and the tres leches cake was absolutely amazing. Chef Cece (sp?) made amazing food and you can tell that she cares about her quality of food. We will def be back when we're in town again.

Parking on the street was weird but thankfully we found a place pretty quickly to park. When you first walk in you can tell that there is a lot of thought put into the place. We were a tad confused on how to order but quickly got instructed on how. Our food came pretty quickly. The burgers were ok. I got the pimento burger and I could have had a little bit more pimento cheese on it. We got the duck frites and they were cold and not impressive. We also tried a dessert and those, those were fantastic. We had the griddled lemony pound cake and the chocolate peanut butter cake. Both were very good. The sweet tea was also to die for. All in all, I'm glad I finally tried it but I don't think it will be a repeat place.

Staff was not friendly. We ordered burgers and got the fries that could be shared. We asked for lettuce and tomato and were told that tomato's were out of season...Really? You can find tomato's everywhere but you can tell the order taker had answered this complaint so many times that he just had a dead pan look on his face. Not sure what kind of lettuce it was but it was two small limp pieces. Burger was just ok, fries were all small pieces of fries. Overpriced and staff was uncaring and unfriendly. I will not eat there again.

Great bar, pimento cheese is incredible, burgers are great, strawberry moonshine is so delicious, and the servers are attentive and kind. Great place to watch a game or catch a quick drink before the DPAC
Wine choices limited but good. Beer selections my husband liked. Food? Delicious!!!Kid-friendliness: Our 22 year old kid. was welcomed!!

Actually we didn't eat there. When we discovered that they didn't have tomatoes to put on the burgers or serve cola products we decided to leave. We asked why no tomatoes, we were told they only use locally grown produce and tomatoes were not in season. It's a worthwhile sentiment, but would it really hurt them (or the local farmers) to go to the store and buy what tomatoes are available for their customers???

EDIT: The management reached out and were really kind. I’ll be giving this place another chance and will fully update my review soon when I stop by again. I will say that despite our problems with our meals, their service has been great both times.I am extremely disappointed. We’ve eaten here twice now. Our first experience had good service, but the food was unimpressive. I got the secret burger, which I can’t tell anything about per their rules, but I did not enjoy it and I love all burgers.Our second time was far worse; in hindsight maybe we shouldn’t have done take out, but these mistakes were bad. My slaw & chili dog from their menu had no chili. They didn’t put bacon that I paid for on my girlfriends burger. They forgot an order of dirty fries. We took the food immediately as it was ready and it was somehow still cold. My Dr. Shadoe Burger has basically no pimento cheese on it and was overall not good. And to make matters worse, I’ve attempted to call this restaurant many times and they will not answer the phone so there is no way to contact them. All and all, I’ve had terrible experience here and when you’re paying this much for a burger you expect it to be better.

My boyfriend and I came after work and ordered their pretzels. We misread the menu thinking they came with a cheese sauce to dip. I asked about it and the employee that I asked responded rudely. The pretzel also tasted like a frozen one I’d buy at the grocery and heat up at home. I don’t plan to come back, even with all of the positive reviews of their burgers. The cashier that took our order all had a bit of a negative mood. I understand that customer service is a hard job, but I didn’t enjoy my time in due to the interactions with staffed the quality of the food. My boyfriend at least enjoyed his beer and the bartender gave us the best interaction of the evening.
