I went through the drive through on my lunch break and ordered a impossible meal. I asked for the Patty to be well done which I always do and they have me pull up to the door to wait because it takes a few extra minutes to get it well done. When I get to the window I tell them I forgot to tell them no Mayo. The man working the window, who is normally very pleasant, looked at me and sighed heavily rolled his eyes and turned around and walked away. I could hear him telling whoever in the kitchen that I didn’t want Mayo on the sandwich. Then I heard him saying repeatedly “I know man, she just said it when she got to the window” in a clearly irritated tone. Which tells me that the person handling my food was pissed off. As he is bagging what I assume was the rest of my order he is huffing and puffing the entire time. I call him back to the window and tell him I don’t like the energy and I just want my money back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!!! I didn't want to go there when I did AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! And then we get dodged by Corporate concerning our complaint. Yes they called to follow up while I was in doc appt. I called them back less than an hour later, they didn't answer and I've called since; however, they haven't responded back yet 11 Days Later . Just HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
