Waited in drive through for 10 minutes before an employee told me they’d be with me in a minute. They took multiple other cars orders and never came back after a while I just left

To whom it may concern...
I'm writing this review to bring awareness to the owner and managers!
Me and my son witnessed an employee eating French fries out of the pack which was for the drive thru order. No one wanted to wait on you it seems. Another employee went to the drink fountain and refilled her large cup , instead of waiting on the customers inside waiting to order. Another experience, we ordered at the drive thru. My son and I waited 45 minutes!!! This is absolutely uncalled for.
It's time for management to step up and address these reviews!
Disappointing to see a brand-new Burger King run so poorly. I even contacted corporate, but since it’s an independently owned franchise, they said it’s up to the owner to fix the issues. With so many 1-star reviews already, it’s clear things aren’t improving. Someone should be protecting the long-standing Burger King brand. Hopefully the franchise owner steps up soon.

Slow. The owner needs to fire everyone. Hire some decent people. Maybe pay more so you can get some decent people. I know several people who avoid this location specifically because of how slow it is. So sad to rebuild this place and get nothing out of it.

This place started out OK when opened a few months ago. However, these days the service quality deteriorated so much that we decided not to visit this particular location in the future. The staff is rude, no one is greeting you or actually care about you when you are a walk in customer. We have been waiting 20 minutes in the line and during this time 3 customers already left as they could not wait any longer. The staff seemed to be busy serving the drive through customers and although we tried asking the lady with the headset to at least take our order, she did not bother answering us. I have never seen this bad service quality in my life. Avoid this place like a plague, there is a Wendy's and KFC around the corner which is usually empty and you get served straight away.

I have sat here and watched about 10-15 cars drive off because they are not taking orders at drive-thru. Young lady said something twice in 50 minutes via the speaker, but still did not take the order. I decided to wait to see how long it would be before my order was taken and received. In total it took an hour

Horrible place. The people are awful, service is worse. Do not eat here
Be prepared to wait… a long time… matters not , the drive thru or counter or mobile order… staff moves at a rate that is near turtle like.

This review is only directed to the Burger King branch at 1605 US-70, Durham, NC 27703. It is at the junction between U.S. 70 highway and Sherron Road. The burger there is the standard Burger King recipe and it will not go wrong. As for atmosphere, there is nothing much to complain or praise about it. However, the service at this branch is definitely the worst I have ever encountered among ALL fast-food restaurants I have ever been to in 40 years. I have been to many fast-food restaurants like MacDonalds and Burger King. Specifically, I have been to Burger King in MANY, MANY different cities and even different countries in the world. However, I have never been to a fast-food restaurant like this Burger King at 1605 US-70, Durham, NC 27703, that took me 35 minutes just to get two burgers (not even a full meal) at drive-through. I arrived at the drive-through queue at 10:00 PM. As far as I could tell, there were only 4 cars ahead of me. However, even after I paid, it was not until 10:35 PM that I received my burger from the counter.

Getting 2 double cheese burger combos that took over 30 minutes to receive through drive thru. This is not a fast food establishment. I could of sat down at a restaurant and got my food faster. And it would of been fresh and hot...Ridiculous

I paid with a $100 bill in cash and they refused to serve me because they didn't have change, even though they couldn't get a single bill to give change all day. The drinks tasted strange.
I had just got off a plane after a long flight and my wife picked me up with our 2 and 4 year old children. We used the mobile app to order. After 20 minutes in line it became obvious that no one was coming out. I went inside and saw immediately the problem. The entire crew was moving like confused snails. The girl with blue hair was completely lost and only the one lady making sandwiches seem to care. 45 mins to get a couple burgers. Worst service I've experienced at a fast food joint. Kids were screaming and had to pee by the time we got our food. Fire everyone immediately. Pathetic. Will never stop here again.
