I’ve been getting really bad customer service lately everywhere I go so it was super refreshing to have great customer service here. Alicia (I’m pretty sure was the name) was fantastic ! Very patient and even asked how my day was even tho they were busy. We need more people like that in this world.

I went to pick up an order for someone else, so I don't know how the food tasted, but I would never(never say never). Never, there were two workers in the front, paying more attention to each other than the customers, which was only myself and a very annoyed young lady who was already there when I arrived. The two of them were packing the food with their bare hands. I'm surprised they're even still open. It's creepy on the outside, even creepier on the inside. I wouldn't wipe my @ in a place like that.

This Burger King definitely needs to redo their whole management team especially i have nothing good to say about a manger named Patricia terrible customer service, the only person there with a bright head on there shoulders is a man by the name of Phillip he is wonderful and helpful.

Watched them treat their ONLY GOOD employee PJ like trash just as he is helping everyone in the front AND drive thru because all other staff was moving slow they berate and belittle him and moved him else where when I and another customer said he IS BETTER THAN ALL OF THEM GET BETTER MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES PJ IS THE ONLY CARING INE ONE THERE WHO MADE EVERYTHING SO MUCH SIMPLER AND FAST AS FAST FOOD SHOULD BE

I went and when I got my order wrong, Philip was very helpful and understanding. He was willing to help me correct my order. The manager, Patricia, kept being rude and disrespectful, not only to me but to their staff as well. They definitely need someone better in charge!

Phillip was quick to take my order and with a smile before I could compliment him for how fast and efficient he was working. The manager took him away to the back and was snappy and rude this location used to be good but if that’s how they treat their employees I wonder how they treat customers?
