I don’t even care about the service. I’m leaving a one star because my girlfriend and I didn’t eat ALL DAY. Drove 15 minutes out the way for some Burger King around 6 pm and fast forward later after going to sleep we both wake up violently sick coming out of both ends with sharp pain. Thanks. This will be our last time ever eating out again. This most definitely seals the deal. I can make better burgers at home anyway.

(The next time (assuming I decide to come back), I must have to order my food 20 minutes ahead of time for it to be there ready when I get there) Don't ever use the app in my opinion I ordered my food (using my crowns in my account) at 11:58 on 15 January 2025 and did not get my food until 12:14 almost 12:15 (The receipt that was printed indicated over 9:00 p.m. so maybe their clock is off If so they certainly need to fix it for Uber Eats, GrubHub and us other mobile ordering customers) while the drive-thru continued to roll. It's obvious where their priority is live getting the clock on the drive-thru down below a certain number The rest of you can wait in my opinion

Their parking lot is kinda small and only on one side of the building. You have to walk around the building somewhat to get inside, and only one entrance is unlocked.
Once inside it appeared very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice.
They have a deal right now of two Whopper Jr's for $5, so my spouse and I got that and cups for water since neither of us are fans of Coke products. Very affordable dinner!
I swear, the jr Whopper's are getting smaller all the time! Soon, they'll be the size of sliders! Anyway, they were well cooked and put together on the bun. Again, it's a great deal for a meal for two!
Parking: They have a strange small parking lot next to the drive thru, and you have to walk around the building to get in the door if dining in. Plus, exiting the parking lot can be a challenge to get back on Miami if turning back towards Durham because of traffic.
Food was cooked perfectly!!! The long and I do mean LONG wait to get my food was disappointing! I ordered online and still waited 5 minutes before I could get to the drive thru speaker. Once I got to the speaker I still had another 5 minute wait! I didn't order anything spectacular, a double cheeseburger, fries and nuggets along with a whopper jr. When I left, there were 8-10 cars waiting in line.

12/12/2024 approx 1:45pm. After having to repeat my order 3 times, drive thru, whopper jr only ketchup, only pickle and a medium coke...asked to wait on on the speaker. Repeat one more time. Total $4.07. Paid 5.07, for 1 dollar back and pulled up to the next window, handed a sack and no coke. Manager, Erick (sp) made me dig out my receipt which was stuffed because I didn't want to hold up the LONG line. Came back and argued with me that I didn't order it. Clearly their employee messed up. Rather than offer to have me pay for a coke, he became combative.
I dont have time in my heart to deal with this. I told him to give my $ back. He returned $5 & I left. They shorted me .07. It's not about the $ it's about the lack of customer courtesy.
