I went by this restaurant after hearing so many great reviews. Well I stopped by and it was pretty crowded. I order my food and sat down to eat, only to find out the food was cold. I was very disappointed ?. I believe the Restaurant was going through an employee shortage like every other restaurant is. So my water wasn't refilled at all. Then the other thing I thought was so rude was the Young cashier was on her phone and I had to wait for her to acknowledge me for payment. So rude and inconsiderate ?. Maybe I went on an off day. People told me it was good. I went and was very disappointed. ?? I might try it again when I'm back in the area.

Great selection of items to choose from at reasonable prices. Wish they were open Saturdays, but nice that they are on Sunday.Vegetarian options: A wide selection of vegetables to choose from. Love the salad assortment too.Parking: Plenty of close parking available in front of the cafeteria

Went last night to get take-out for my husband and myself. There were at least 25 people in the take-out Lane. I went to the line bc I know sometimes they allow it for 2 or less orders. Well, no they said I had to go to the take-out line, I Left ! It's ridiculous they don't let you get your order especially when only 5 people were in that line !!!!!!

Such a quaint cafeteria- spacious and clean. The food selection was varied and looked quite appetizing. The price for two of us, with a main entree, dessert and a drink, came to only $28. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and by the looks of it, so did the other patrons dining there. If you are looking for a real dine-in experience with delicious food with cloth napkins and real silverware, go to C & H Cafeteria. ?

The staff were courteous and friendly. They smiled, wore facemasks and hair nets.The food was hot and good quality. I had fried chicken and mashed potatoes with coconut custard pie. Everything was lightly salted and cooked thoroughly. Very senior friendly. If you need help they will carry your tray to the table. I enjoyed my food adventure.

I love C&H it is a nice place for a family to eat. My husband, family and friends always goes there anytime of the week. I enjoy on Sunday after church to eat there with my family. I love the food and the food reminds me of my grandmother cooking and my auntie desserts. Try this cafeteria whenever you are in the Durham area; because I live in Durham and I truly enjoy the food and the environment.

You can never go wrong with C&H Cafeteria. Such a great Cafe to eat at and I usually get Grilled Chicken,Ranch,Jello,Dessert and mashed potatoes and okra. Such great food and I only payed like $12 for it all.
