We’ve been here many times we like to eat here when we come Christmas shopping. This year they were just a little too racist for us. Our daughter sat in a booth while we ordered at the counter, the same as several other different people before us, but the girl chose to come talk to us and tell us that we couldn’t do that and it was first come first serve so we won’t be back. They need to get some classier people to work the place. if I wanna get treated like this, I’ll just eat in the food court

I have been a customer with Nordstrom for years, before moving to NC. I was actually trained at a bank through a company who contracted to training Nordstrom employees, but in 1997. The customer service is generally, almost always impeccable! My dearest friend and I come here quite often for meetings and our lunch dates. We both now bring our families! Clarissa in the Bistro is hands down the kindness, most attentive human! There are some things that can’t be taught; empathy and compassion are two and in a service role you should possess these characteristics. I also want to give a shout out to Jesus, who gives me full attention when ordering online take out and tries to make sure my orders are correct (they all mostly know my likes etc) lol Thank you Nordstrom Bistro Southpoint! My brother and I ate at this wonderful Cafe today for lunch . Our lunch was delicious . Our waitress was Genyii. She was absolutely so sweet and efficient! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. My brother and I were able to spend quality time with each other. Thank you Genyii for the wonderful service you provided for us🥰

My spouse and I ate here yesterday for the first time. I ordered a salmon dish and she ordered a well done burger. My salmon came out incredibly undercooked and she told me i should have sent it back. However, i thought it would be fine and that this was how the dish was meant to be. I really should have listened because I definitely got food poisoning from this dish and have spent all day incredibly sick. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and if you do go you should order everything WELL done. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I paid over $20 to get food poisoning and spend all day in bed.

The food is excellent but expensive. If you get take out check your bags, today I paid $22 plus tip for a single sandwich and they left out the fries. Half my food gone because of terrible service.

I went and ordered a bowl of the crab bisque soup and was told it only came with one piece of the crostini bread, but if you order a cup which is smaller it also comes with 1 crostini. Shouldn’t the bowl by itself being bigger come with 2 crostini instead of just one?
