We have been to Cafe Bistro at Nordstrom many times and every experience has been great. The food is wonderful and the service has been excellent. My daughter is obsessed with the chicken tacos. I have had several salads and pasta and all were delicious.

I’ve been going to Nordstrom since I was 8, to eat at their bistro. I went back after a couple years and OMG, the food is so bad. They changed the bread because it wasn’t as healthy before! Now it’s cold and limp and ruins the sandwhich. The Niçoise salad, is even worse. The Salmon is super pink and hard. It used to fall apart in the salad. Really disappointed with the quality for the amount they charge. Plus a $15 for a 6oz of wine? C’mon! Lastly, the person who rings up customers, is sooooooo slow. Idk how she keeps a job. She consistently gets my order wrong, and claims she doesn’t know the system.

Not the service I thought it was. Dined here on 12/30/2023 and my partner and I had food poisoning the following morning aka NEW YEARS EVE. With intense stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea I was SICK and I lost out on all my new years plans. I reached out to the restaurant first to notify them and request a simple refund. No response. Reached out to corporate, still no response. I always thought Nordstrom had outstanding customer service, not anymore. I just hope this review gets read and all food/cross contamination guidelines are being followed going forward. Very disappointed in this location and how it's being managed.

“Where am I right now? This is what I said as I was approaching exhaustion and famine whilst shopping with my better half. We must have walked 1000 miles, second-hand whiffed 200 perfumes, statically charged 2-dozen puffy jackets and my unintended fast was at last consuming me and there it was…Bistro.The food and atmosphere were fantastic, the staff were attentive and responsive and the location of this place; off to the side of Nordstrom is genius. Quality clothing in proximity with high quality good food is a great match. So I did not succumb to my condition, I ate, I drank and I was merry. Check it out.

We've taken the family to the Nordstrom cafe every Christmas season for the last 15 years. As our family has gotten larger, we were concerned that this year it may be difficult to accommodate all of us, so we called the day before to see if it was possible. The manager said, "Yes, we'd be happy to have you." When we arrived (approximately 20 of us), the manager was there to greet us, they had a section set aside, and the wait staff was at the ready. The food was great (as usual) and both the manager and staff were excellent. My wife and I decided that we shouln't wait until next Christmas to return.
My family goes here every year before Christmas, and I look forward to it all year. Get the portabello ravioli and the bread pudding — they are delicious!We love that it is quiet — no loud music or huge crowds. It’s calm, and the food is delicious, and everyone who works there is very attentive and friendly. I cannot recommend it enough.

I’m a card holder at Nordstrom at go to the Bistro occasionally when I shop. I typically have really good service but today was a total nightmare! I waited in line for a very long time; when I arrive to order, an African American girl with blonde hair is at the counter. She does not greet me but just stands there, I order, she just stands there again rather than giving me my total. Eventually she asks if I want anything else, I say no and pay. The tables are full of dishes so there are no options for seats. Eventually I ask someone if they would be willing to clean it; someone else arrives to clean it. It sit down and that same person introduces herself as my waitress. I ask for water and literally wait about 15-20 minutes before someone else finally brings it to me. My food took another 20- 30 minutes, the waitress then asks if I want it to go, which I’m confused by. She sits it in front of me and it’s cold! I also ordered a glass of wine that she never bright over. I reminded her and she brings it but by this time my food is half eaten! Just a horrible experience! I expect so much more from Nordstrom!

Ended up getting a steak and extra spinach instead of french fries. Would definitely recommend having some keto salads. Why was there no Cobb salad when there is a comment in about it above?

This used to be our favorite restaurant at the Streets at Southpoint Mall. No longer. During our latest attempt to eat there, we witnessed the manager being very rude to people standing in line because we were not lined up straight enough. Then, when my legs would no longer hold me, I walked with my cane to a table to wait for my daughter to place our order and join me. The same manager then came over to tell me that tables were first come first serve only and that I would need to vacate the table. Since there were MORE than enough empty tables available for everyone waiting in line, this was unnecessary and extremely embarrassing and humiliating to me. I complied and slowly and painfully had to limp back through the restaurant. My daughter and I promptly left the premises and ate elsewhere. I wonder how they treat other folks with accessibility issues.
