I bought barbacoa on Nov 11, 2024 and they gave me a kind of steak cooked as if it were barbecue, and a little bit of shredded barbecue as if to disguise it... too bad, I had even recommended them but I already warned that it's better to buy in Las Carolinas, they also sell real barbecue.

I randomly came up on this spot while looking for tacos. It's a mix of a grocery store and a restaurant. They have a nice selection and variety of hispanic snacks, drinks, and other kitchen/household staples. I've only had the tacos but they're soooo good! Probably one of the best tacos I've had since moving to NC. I would be weary of the red salsa because it is very spicy! You can order dine in or take out.

You gotta speak a little Spanish, so you know it's good. I got the barbacoa tacos. So fatty and yummy! And I don't know what brand sauces they provide are or if they make them themselves, but they're damn good.

This place is disappointing, you almost pay more than 30 dollars for a plate of food that is too expensive, I think that's why they charge you taxes for everything and if you lose, they even charge you for parking or for you to eat there ?

This place is really a gem!We stopped by here before leaving nc since we're from outta state and this is the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had! We got the barbacoa & chicken fajitas and the mango Agua fresca! The food was all very hot and delicious!The only issue we had is were not fluent in Spanish so ordering was a bit difficult but one of the employees knew English. They do have a order online option to make it easier tho!

Picking up the tortillas from the floor and putting them in the packages to sell, remember that we are not in our countries and oh, if it is done here, what falls on the floor is not picked up. That's what they taught me when I arrived.

Should be a 5 star place.Finally got the chance to try this out and it'll be a regular. Amazing food, amazing prices, my Texan wife and her Californian friend both said it's spot on.Fresh tortillas, amazing bread on my torta, perfect sopas.I suspect it's not rated a 5 star due to the potential difficulties with English/Spanish, if that's a problem you can order online through their website and pick up the food, you won't be disappointed.
