This place is really a gem!We stopped by here before leaving nc since we're from outta state and this is the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had! We got the barbacoa & chicken fajitas and the mango Agua fresca! The food was all very hot and delicious! The only issue we had is were not fluent in Spanish so ordering was a bit difficult but one of the employees knew English. They do have a order online option to make it easier tho!

Should be a 5 star place. Finally got the chance to try this out and it'll be a regular. Amazing food, amazing prices, my Texan wife and her Californian friend both said it's spot on.Fresh tortillas, amazing bread on my torta, perfect sopas.I suspect it's not rated a 5 star due to the potential difficulties with English/Spanish, if that's a problem you can order online through their website and pick up the food, you won't be disappointed.

I went tonight and got take out - we live close by. My husband is vegetarian and they were able to make him a cheese quesidilla with peppers and onions. He got it with rice and beans. I got a single carne asada taco with rice and beans. I can’t eat a lot in a sitting so size wise, it was perfect for me. I was thinking an 8 inch folded quesidilla might not be enough for my husband we but we were stuffed and completely satisfied. My carne asada taco was FULL of steak. We both loved our rice and beans and I was pleasantly surprised (because I wasn’t paying attention to prices) that it came to just under 15.00 for the order. This place is a hidden gem. I’m surprised the reviews aren’t better than a 4.3 !! That being said, if you want seriously authentic Mexican tacos at reasonable prices this is the place to go. We loved it.On a side note, I don’t speak Spanish and I had a bit of a language barrier. It’s not their fault… they were patient with me and I communicated by using a language app. I could have just pointed at menu items but I needed to communicate about the vegetarian aspect and to ask for no onions. If you want to try this place out, it might be helpful to know that and go prepared if you need to make modifications, etc… don’t let that stop you. They were much better better than the taco place in the strip mall where big lots is, next to Meridian Cafe. We’re excited to go back next week!Vegetarian options: Quesidillas, modified tacos and chilaques…

Authentic Mexican tacos. They made us a bean and cheese like we do in Texas for breakfast, it was very good. The asado taco was great as well. Essentially all the meats on the menu are available as a taco for $3.

The tacos here were amazing! Went here because we were looking for authentic tacos. We all ordered Asada tacos and we got an order of rice and beans. The tacos were off the charts! They came with Asada, onions, and cilantro. They also had a salsa bar there with several kinds of salsa, a creamy avocado sauce, and some pickled cabbage. It was all delicious - including the beans and rice.
First time trying the food here. Laid back food option. I had the carnitas burrito. Great flavor, good serving size. The burritos were served with a green salsa, had a nice kick to it. I am looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

Went in early and ordered Chilaquiles with green sauce. An excellent meal that came with rice, beans, and dressed with lettuce and sour cream. Definitely going back.
