I recently came in and was helped by Alejandra, she was really kind and patient with me, I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted on my bowl and she described every flavor each item had, she really made my experience unique.
I always have a great experience at this CAVA! The restaurant is spotless, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the ingredients are always fresh. The team keeps the line moving quickly even during busy times, and they’re always happy to make suggestions or accommodate requests. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere feels clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the best CAVA locations around!

I generally like Cava but this location is pretty badly run. Food is usually alright but service and wait times are almost always terrible. It feels like they're consistently understaffed, and the staff that's there is pretty hit or miss. You will 100% also be cleaning your own table off.

I was so excited to have a Cava in Durham, but it’s safe to say, after my first experience here, I will not be back. This is NOT the Cava I know and love. My food was just awful, the pickup time was not accurate, and it was like every employee just wanted to stand around and stare at the growing line of customers.

Great staff and food but the portion you get has changed so much! Your bowl used to be filled with each scoop now my bowl halfway gets filled! For 12$ and up the portion size should be a lot more!
