Charleys Cheesesteaks

Look, this might be a mall location in a food court, but the customer service was exceptional!! Then when I got my sandwich, the master of the grill made the most delicious sandwich! I don't know why there are so many low ratings, but the entire staff was fantastic, the food was hot and looked amazing, and the taste was even better than it looked. The manager should be commended for hiring exceptional staff members who care and perform at such a stellar level.

Ordered food through Door Dash. Asked for extra tomatoes. Sandwich did not have any tomatoes on the $8.00+ sandwich. Food was very cold. Added fries for almost $4 dollars. I swear I received 8 fries.

Called numerous times to try and speak with a manager regarding my experience until it became very evident they took the phone off the hook. Repeated user busy message over an hour.

Will not waste my hard earned money here again. If you’re wise, you won’t either!

Thomas and CJ were very friendly and made my experience great. My order was accurate, hot and ready in less than 2 minutes. I will definitely be back again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the worst food I’ve ever tasted. The main ingredient in my cheesesteak was SALT. I would rather eat the day old hotdogs from a gas station.

I don’t believe these people know what a cheese is. That aside, the bread was falling apart and they forgot to add the cheese to the “cheese” steak and the “cheese” fries. I doubt they’d make them right anyway. I asked for a large steak with extra onions, but got a small steak with extra lettuce. Well worth the money. Totally. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be spending money there again.

I recently visited their location and because my niece who is 13 asked for more pickles on her sandwich. The person making sandwiches yelled at her I told him she asked when she placed her order and please don’t talk to her like that she only 13 he’s goin to say well he’s only 24 if u didn’t want to come to work today you should’ve have stayed home and my orders were wrong after I tried to get a refund no manager would come out and speak to me. The young lady at the register was very rude and doesn’t know anything about working there just how to roll her eyes.
