Charleys Cheesesteaks

Food came wrong , was brought back in which they then didn’t return my French fries. Went up to the counter and asked for my fries and the gentleman proceeded to argue with me over them and then gave me a very tiny order of fries. Sandwich wasn’t made correct the second time either, DISAPPOINTED.

All I asked for was a cup of water and they gave me the smallest cup of water and charged me almost $2 for it

Love this place the manager Eddy is a delight. Love to see him when I come to the mall. The strawberry lemonade is amazing. Also the young lady lashawn is very sweet as well. Good customer service.

paid $15 for a “Old School” Philly, and proceeded to get a pinch of meat with barely any cheese on half the bread, the other half of the sandwich was empty. Went back to ask if I got the wrong order and showed the man that pathetic excuse for a sandwich and he said I got the right order and refused to remake it.

I found a fly in my food and there was mold on my ice

In the past Charlie’s was the best in service and quality sandwiches. However recently I’m not certain if management changed but the quality has changed. The employees fussing and complaining in front of customers, then I received a tablespoon of meat for 90 % of my bread. I’m glad I had lemonade to wash down my dry sandwich. I hope some changes can be made 😔

It would have been great if there was any steak on my steak sandwich

This place is one of the best Philly steaks I have ever had. The staff was so fast, kind, and exceptionally well trained! The food...omg ... The grill guy had to have thrown some extra love into it or something because it was TOP TIER DELICIOUS!! I WILL EAT HERE EVERYTIME I VISIT THE MALL. I had no idea the place existed until my 15 yr old told me we should try it that she had it with her friends one day...and it did not disappoint from service to speed to freshness to taste ... These guys need raises .... And also need to share their recipe with me! I cannot figure out how to post a picture but it exists and it may be my Christmas card this year!

Absolutely despicable price gouging going on here. I ordered this via Uber Eats and got the Old School Chesesteak and the Kimch Cheesesteak for my wife. The menu description for the Old School Cheesesteak literally says that it comes with Extra Steak. When it arrived I opened the box to find that there wasn't even enough cheesesteak in the bun to cover it from end to end - 40% of the bun had nothing on it. I just paid nearly $16 for a bun and a few scraps of meat on it. I will never return to this establishment again, your advertising photos and menu description are just straight misleading and deceptive. I cannot stand restaurants that don't sever the same quality product that they would expect when eating out themselves. Learn to give a darn or just close down.

A fraction of a portion, 93 sanitation score, and made wrong.

Look, this might be a mall location in a food court, but the customer service was exceptional!! Then when I got my sandwich, the master of the grill made the most delicious sandwich! I don't know why there are so many low ratings, but the entire staff was fantastic, the food was hot and looked amazing, and the taste was even better than it looked. The manager should be commended for hiring exceptional staff members who care and perform at such a stellar level.

Ordered food through Door Dash. Asked for extra tomatoes. Sandwich did not have any tomatoes on the $8.00+ sandwich. Food was very cold. Added fries for almost $4 dollars. I swear I received 8 fries.

Called numerous times to try and speak with a manager regarding my experience until it became very evident they took the phone off the hook. Repeated user busy message over an hour.

Will not waste my hard earned money here again. If you’re wise, you won’t either!
