I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the worst food I’ve ever tasted. The main ingredient in my cheesesteak was SALT. I would rather eat the day old hotdogs from a gas station.

I don’t believe these people know what a cheese is. That aside, the bread was falling apart and they forgot to add the cheese to the “cheese” steak and the “cheese” fries. I doubt they’d make them right anyway. I asked for a large steak with extra onions, but got a small steak with extra lettuce. Well worth the money. Totally. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be spending money there again.

I recently visited their location and because my niece who is 13 asked for more pickles on her sandwich. The person making sandwiches yelled at her I told him she asked when she placed her order and please don’t talk to her like that she only 13 he’s goin to say well he’s only 24 if u didn’t want to come to work today you should’ve have stayed home and my orders were wrong after I tried to get a refund no manager would come out and speak to me. The young lady at the register was very rude and doesn’t know anything about working there just how to roll her eyes.

The crew seems lost. Made my sandwich wrong and when I went to correct it and finally got to sit down to eat my sandwich the bread was hard and not edible. Very irritated since I was on my lunch break. The manager seems like he’s trying with this crew he has but will not be going back.

It sucks. I really like the food from here but everytime I order it on uber eats and I ask for no cheese it coms smothered. I decided to give them one more chance today and ordered what I normally order. Not only did it AGAIN come with cheese but I didn't even get my fries. Very disappointing. I don't think I'll be eating here again.
Grabbed a quick lunch with a coworker. Good not great cheesesteaks served rather quickly but the staff was so very friendly and went above and beyond. Would eat here again just because of the staff.

I love Charlie's and this was the worst place I have ever had. The didn't give the fries in a cup just a tiny tray. The sub looked and tasted disgusting

From start to finish this was terrible. The person who initially took my order was rude. Then when they messed up the customers order in front of me it was a whole thing. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got my cheesesteak from a disgruntled and angry staff. Then found hair in it. I didn't even take it to them. Their whole vibe just made them unapproachable. Between. The rudeness and the idgaf attitude they all had it just wasn't worth it.
