This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a fast restaurant. The workers are rude and could care less about their customers. They are so busy carrying on with each other they ignore the people waiting in line. They can’t even get orders correct.

Today is Veterans Day and I stopped in to get lunch. I asked the young lady at the register what promotion are they doing for Veterans today. She said to me NOTHING!!! I responded back nothing???? No chicken sandwich no drink or fries??? She said again NOTHING!!!! needless to say I was in line with other Veterans and we all looked disappointed and shocked. Duke medical hospital in Durham NC was not honoring it's Veterans on Veterans Day. Very disappointing 😞

They are now forcing people to use the Kiosk if you arent paying in cash. Its abysmal. A lot of people do not know how to use them and it makes for an incredibly slow ordering process. Also, them handing the orders and drinks out feels like complete chaos. Constantly calling people who arent there. Calling people for their drinks and meal separately. Trying to confirm your orders.

Can't say for sure. Directions took us to a cancer center and were very confusing. Not Chick-fil-A's fault, but wish the restaurant info stated where this is. We didn't even try to find parking. Wasted my time.

The chicken is always spot on. But the fries are floppy before they come out of the container.
Parking: The unit sits in front of Staples and Lowe's Foods. Advantage is you have a very large parking lot if you need it.
Kid-friendliness: Staff treats kids like the people they are, not a sometimes noisy visitor.

Robin was rude and snappy...working in a cancer I expect better treatment
Always love Chick-fil-A. I don't think I've ever ate at one in a different city that wasn't good. Can't go wrong with this place.

This hospital food court and Chick-Fil-A are closed on weekends.
Nestled within the bustling halls of Duke Hospital, the Chick-fil-A shines as a beacon of efficient service and heartwarming hospitality. From the moment you step foot inside, you're greeted by friendly faces and a contagious energy that instantly puts you at ease. But it's not just the initial welcome that sets this Chick-fil-A apart. The speed with which they operate is truly impressive. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite between appointments or treating yourself to a delicious meal, the wait times are consistently minimal. This is a feat worth celebrating, especially in a hospital setting where time can be precious. However, what truly elevates this Chick-fil-A to a whole new level is the way they treat their customers, especially young ones. My son, in particular, lights up with joy every time we visit. The employees always make a point to acknowledge him with a smile, a kind word, and sometimes even a playful interaction. He feels important and valued, which adds to the overall positive experience. The staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness extend to all customers, creating an atmosphere of community and inclusivity. It's a stark contrast to the sterile environment that often dominates hospitals, offering a much-needed respite from stress and anxiety.Of course, no review of Chick-fil-A would be complete without mentioning their food. The classics, like the original chicken sandwich and waffle fries, are consistently delicious, cooked to perfection with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also offer a variety of other options, including salads, wraps, and breakfast items, ensuring there's something to satisfy every craving.Overall, Chick-fil-A at Duke Hospital isn't just a fast-food restaurant; it's an experience. It's a place where you can expect quick, efficient service, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming environment. But most importantly, it's a place where smiles are contagious and kindness is a way of life. If you find yourself at Duke Hospital, be sure to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
