I was given less condiments than what I paid and asked for, similar to the past times I have ordered food from this location. Keep in mind, I’m a daily customer and other locations don’t make this same mistake. When I asked the middle aged middle eastern supervisor working today (Friday march 7) for the rest of my condiments, he judged me for using that many condiments on my food “you need that many salsas for just 2 burritos?” As if he was the one eating the food and paying for it. I said “sir, I paid for this food. You’re not the one eating the food. Other locations always give me what I pay for”. He aggressively got in my face and said “the sauces are NOT FREE”. I’ve never had a fast food worker get in my face aggressively and he didn’t apologize. Im writing this review because he got in my face, and I think talking about it will deescalate future conflicts with this frustrated supervisor. If it is was someone else with less respect and manners, they might have taken this employee as a threat when he got in their face.

I have NEVER had a bad order at any chick-fil-A in ANY location and I've eaten in many in several states. It was fast. But my goodness it was just awful. Everything was awful. Even the tea. My sunjoy was bitter, the fries were cooked hard, the nuggets were soggy and the Mac and cheese was my burnt. I didn't even try the soup. Don't even come to this location.

This is the worst Chic-Fil-A I’ve ever been to! I’ve actually never been to a bad Chic-Fil-A, but this one is terrible. I’ve visited probably a hundred different locations across the country during my travels. This is my neighborhood location, and they absolutely suck. I held off writing this review for over 2 years, but today was enough. The employees don’t even greet you when you enter. Be prepared to stand there and be ignored for a few minutes while they laugh and joke with one another. Today was the third consecutive time I came in and the same exact employee was arguing with someone! They have very nasty attitudes!

Everytime I go to this location I have several problems here. First, I went to get a meal for my girlfriend who is nursing student and wanted some food since the food at school wasn’t good. Went to this Chick-fil-A location and ordered her a spicy meal with a sprite. When I gave her the meal, she said the sprite was flat like a tire. So I went back to the store, they said we changed it but had to charge me for another drink even though I paid for it. So ridiculous!!
Second, went back to this location and ordered a gallon and cookie and cream milkshake with no cherry. Well I made that mistake of coming back here. The gallon was full to the top and milkshake was made wrong because I was given a chocolate shake with cherry. Went back to the store and told them that I was given the wrong shake and my gallon wasn’t filled up. They said they couldn’t refill the gallon since it’s been given to me and the lid was on the gallon (dumb answering), and they fixed my shake problem, but didn’t give me the appropriate whipped cream amount for the shake. The whipped cream needs to fill the whole dome lid (as seen on tv and menu boards).
Finally, went there on Valentine’s Day to get a heart shaped tray for 10 count minis. I only got 9 (somebody couldn’t count), went back there to tell them I only got 9 and wanted the 10 count. One employee said I “ate the order one mini” that was rude service. Asked for the manager and the manager was the only one who did the job correctly. Received a refund and a new 10 count mini.
Overall: DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Ordered through the Chick-fil-A app a $35 order they delivered it through DoorDash. The guy left the food outside and my food was nowhere to be found. So when I called the Hillsboro Road store, the manager tells me that I have to call DoorDash. I didn’t place my order through DoorDash. I placed it through the Chick-fil-A app. There’s no reason why I should have to call DoorDash and find out about getting my order redone or refunded when it was done to your app. This is horrible Service. I will never eat your restaurant ever again
Love chick fil a !!!! Who doesn’t??? Right ! The employees really work hard to make sure you get the best service. Even if they are having to stand in 30 degree weather or colder, they still have a positive attitude and help as much as they can. One of the best restaurants there is!!! Wish we had one where I live. 🫶
Parking: They have signs for the the drive through and around the restaurant you have parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the chicken nuggets and fries

I'll start first by saying, this is my first negative experience I've had at Chick-fil-A. So, I went in on a Friday 1/3/25 to get a peppermint milkshake. My favorite milkshake they have. I have been purchasing these milkshakes for over 10 years now. I ordered a peppermint milk shake and a medium fry. Order came out within 3-4 minutes and I went on my way.
I live maybe 15 minutes from this location and about 10 from another. I went to this location, because I needed to pick something up from a store in the shopping center. As I drove, I began to taste the milkshake and something tasted off. Because I've had the milkshake before I know the taste. I immediately notice that I couldn't really taste the peppermint bark pieces.
As I continued the milkshake there were random chunks of peppermint/bark in the milkshake. After getting to end of milkshake/whipped cream there was a hardened piece of peppermint bark on the bottom of the cup. It's as if it had not been mixed together at all. As I said, I've had this milkshake multiple times every year over the last 10 years. This milkshake tonight was the worse one I've ever had. Definitely disappointing to say the least, really isn't worth the 15 minute drive back.
Hopefully, if anyone else purchases this milkshake, that it's mixed together properly to give the taste it was meant to have. But If you in the Durham,NC give this place a try.
