The waffle fries are always great! But that day, the chicken was not cooked all the way seem like it was too mushy.Dietary restrictions: If you were doing a dietary restriction diet, you could definitely eat here.
Bacon on breakfast sandwich was rancid. Couldn't even eat it. A very poor Chick-fil-A experience. I was not able to return the sandwich as I had another appointment. I will not go back to this store.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews since I work in the service industry BUT wow today was interesting. I’ve come to this location multiple times. Usually in the morning and even though it’s breakfast hours they would still be ok with doing a chicken strips meal. But today I was told by one person that I was lying about that and then she stormed off. And here’s the thing I never once raised my voice or was rude I just calmly stated “oh theyve done it before.” So the first person walks off and then someone else comes again and says it’s never happened…I live around the block I loved coming here. They’ve done it. But again I’m told I’m a liar, and dismissed and I can literally hear both of them talking trash about me so…I won’t come to this location anymore. I appreciate the people that have given great service multiple times I’ve been there. But be warned

8 months ago I left a negative review, I haven't been back until recently and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. So much so that I deleted my negative review. Chick fil A is back in my line up, and Wendy's on Hillsborough rd is still trash.

This CFA location is my local one, only a few minutes from home. Also, keep in mind I have the highest status on the app, so I do enjoy the food when it is good. However, this store consistently messes up orders. Without exaggeration, you should expect 50% of your orders to either be missing a key condiment (i.e. salad dressings/toppings) or sometimes altogether missing a side item like a box of fries. I understand how busy it can get, but even when the place is between rushes, it's like very little QA goes in when assembling a bag of food. Check the bag before you hand it over to the customer, it is really that easy. This location needs to focus up and organize their chaos. I've had to either drive back to the store or walk inside after a drive-thru/curbside pickup order to fix something probably over 20 times at this point. Buyer beware, check your bags before you leave.

This isn't my 'regular' CFA, but I've gone through the drive-thru 4 or 5 times in the last year when it's on my way. Each time, I'm reminded that this Chick-Fil-A doesn't feel like any other I've been to. The staff all seem very annoyed that people are coming in, and are borderline hostile to the customers. Only occasionally outright rude, but never pleasant or approachable.The drive-thru greeting is always: "What's your order" or "go ahead" and my 'thank you' when receiving my food has been met every time with just a blank stare.I'm not saying I need the kind and welcoming Chick-Fil-A staff demeanor or the "my pleasure" but when every other restaurant in the chain has it, its omission is certainly noticeable at this location.

I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets and my food was cold. It tasted if it had been just sitting waiting to go out the drive thru.
