I cannot speak highly enough of this particular Chick-fil-A! All of the staff here are wonderful, but one employee went above and beyond to make our day super special today! Huge 'thank you' to Micah (lovely gentleman with gorgeous red hair) who made my kiddo's day by being extremely kind, welcoming, and generous. We will continue to come back because of our experience here!
Food was great but Victor is very rude. Came in for a mobile order like normal. First time to this Chick fil a, all the other Chick fil a have it at the normal counter. He said “go to the corner” i looked around and was confused so i said “what” he then raised his voice and said “turn around and go to that window back there” and then I did plus it took long to get my food. Never have left a bad review for Chick fil a this is just a bad review for Victor.

The service was good, but the quality of the food has fallen drastically for a month now. The chicken in the spicy chicken sandwich was thin and dry, and the regular chicken sandwich was dry, rubbery, and completely inedible in parts of the sandwich. The fries aren't that great anymore, but that seems to be a national issue. Hopefully, they turn it around, but I don't plan on purchasing from this location anymore
Hands down the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and I loved the bookcase with books in the back. Perfect spot to hang out for a quick bite to eat.

We love going to this restaurant every time we are in Durham.
We love this CFA so we much we decided to pay it a visit for for our little gender reveal. We gave our cashier, Daniel, the envelope from the ultrasound with baby's gender and asked for cookies and cream if it's a boy and peppermint if it's a girl. They happily obliged our unusual request and even gave us free cookies and a little stuffed cow! Overall it was a great experience as usual. CFA is an all timer.
