Food's good and fast service but don't expect much yogurt if you order one. Barely half cup at the Roxboro Road location whereas other locations will give a full cup. Expensive yogurt for what you get. Not as advertised in their online menu pictures of what you should get :( Update Nov 2025. Still too little yogurt after continued complaining to staff. And now frequently missing strawberries.

I cannot speak highly enough of this particular Chick-fil-A! All of the staff here are wonderful, but one employee went above and beyond to make our day super special today! Huge 'thank you' to Micah (lovely gentleman with gorgeous red hair) who made my kiddo's day by being extremely kind, welcoming, and generous. We will continue to come back because of our experience here!
Food was great but Victor is very rude. Came in for a mobile order like normal. First time to this Chick fil a, all the other Chick fil a have it at the normal counter. He said âgo to the cornerâ i looked around and was confused so i said âwhatâ he then raised his voice and said âturn around and go to that window back thereâ and then I did plus it took long to get my food. Never have left a bad review for Chick fil a this is just a bad review for Victor.
I ordered a deluxe crispi and everything was fine until I found a hair in my food and it was not pleasant at all
