The older guy that was outside passing out food the early morning of 2/26 around 8:30am was extremely rude. I came through the drive thru, excited and ready for my food but he altered my whole mood with how dry and rude he was. I spoke and told him the pickup name and he just rudely handed me my food with no smile and no care in the world. I said thank you and he just continued talking to the other older lady who was on the inside at the window, having a full blown conversation. It baffled me because he seemed really kind to the person in front of me telling them to have a great day and directing them out of the line with a smile on his face. When it was my turn he was just dry and didn’t want to bother with me. Maybe I reminded him of someone or maybe he doesn’t like people who look like me. But this upset me greatly!! The McDonalds down the street has better service and great food.

Food is nasty, oil for fries is to old and needs to be replaced. Also the way they have the parking lot set up with the cones is so confusing. You would think you’re in line at an amusement park the way it is set up

This Chick-fil-A is the most consistently disappointing fast food restaurants I've ever had the displeasure of living near. I almost gave up on Chick-fil-A, thinking they had really gone down hill, but luckily it's just this store. If it wasn't in such a prime location, I'm convinced that this store would be gone.

Used to have a fast drive thru but now you have to wait for folks whose mobile orders aren't ready. Gave 2 stars because a lot of the time you get your order far enough behind the mobile orders that you can just pull out of the drive thru line before the median blocks you in.
Edit: back down to one star because I have no idea what the hell I just bit into. Breaded in with the fully cooked filet was something rubbery that looked like raw chicken, but it wasnt. I have no idea. It tasted and felt horrible.
