I literally just got home from getting my chick-fil-a and i checked my hash browns and there was a fly in them. Why aren’t we checking what’s being bagged??? employees in kitchen need to do way better because this is disguising.

We came in around 7:30pm on 11/11/25 they got the order completely wrong, and besides that the food was raw and we ended up taking my son to the ER since it gave him food poisoning from it being raw. We’ve come multiple times and nothing like this has ever occurred

The chicken sandwich is a masterpiece—perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside, with a satisfying crunch that never disappoints. Paired with those iconic, hot, and crispy waffle fries and a side of their signature sauce (which is amazing!), you really can't go wrong. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are consistently top-tier, unlike other fast-food places.

Worst place ever. Mobile drive thru line is always long because they only have 1 person bringing orders outside. Please make sure you check your order before leaving. This location has a habit of just not getting it right!! Afternoon managers are horrible and seems to care less about customers!
Worst Chick-fil-A in Durham,NC! Every single time I go I have an issue. To start off they have a very older man working in the drive thru and he’s walking through the passing lot passing out mobile orders. The mobile orders line is SUPER long due to the fact ONE person is working drive thru and mobile orders. The set up for drive thru and mobile orders is crazy. I spend at already 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. At ANY other Chick-fil-A I love to order on the app and know I don’t have to wait 25-30 minutes in the drive thru for my order. I called and spoke to the manager to voice my concerns and she acted like she could care less!

They had a man standing outside of the drop off window and were passing food to him before he would pass it to the people in their car but he kept rubbing inside of his nose and on his face. I asked for a refund because I didn't want the food but instead they just handed the food out anyway and said they re-bagged it. I clearly said I wanted a refund but she made the decision of what she wanted to give me instead.
