I went to chick-fil-a and ordered food for my family and they forgot my 2 12 cout nugget meals ? call and their policy is same day service ? so I would have to drive back to the store to get food or my money back when they made the mistake...not to mention my son had a program at his school and I catered nuggets from another Chick-fil-A 110 for 200 nuggets I should have went back there but now I won't return to none of them I will take my coins somewhere else

I love chickfila and am a red level member (meaning i eat here too much). Lately when i use the app i get a message that my order is ready, but then i have to wait 5 more minutes to get my order. I understand its busy and they need to get orders done in a certain time, but selecting my order is ready when its not has become common place and is at best is a bad business practice. Ive only noticed this practice at the chickfila near southpoint. I wont be giving up chickfila, but i will frequent this one less, sadly its become the worst one in the area.

Chick-fil-A at Southpoint Mall should be ashamed. I have eaten Chick-fil-A restaurants across the US and have never had an employee that acted like I was interrupting them to walk up and order any food. No greeting, no "my pleasure" when I said thank you once the food was ready. When I walked back over to the counter for a refill I had the same attitude once again. Thankfully, the food was what I expected from Chick-fil-A.I think this location is in need of retraining some of the employees.

This is the second time in two weeks that Chick-fil-A messes up my order. Last week it was the one a mile south of here, now this one forgets a sandwich. We also had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks, and they almost forgot one of them, as well. Now that they're constantly increasing their prices and their service is getting worse, the value is just not there and they're just not worth my time. They also never responded to my previous complaint, so they just don't care.
