I have been a frequent customer of Chicken Bee for the past year. I've celebrated birthdays, graduations, and small victories at this restaurant because I love the quality of the food and the service. The chicken is the BEST, I've never had any better anywhere else! If you order chicken, be prepared to wait anywhere between 25-35 minutes, but only because it is made FRESH. When I'm super hungry I usually just order an appetizer or an entree ahead because those come out super fast.

Favorite restaurant in Durham!!!

This used to be a great spot to get crispy, crunchy, saucy Korean fried chicken. We prefer the wings of all flavors with white rice, and kimchi as sides. Wings were soggy with barely enough sauce, not enough flavor. Tried the boneless wings-also soggy, though large. Kimchi is still good. Sigh.

I've always loved this place but recently, they've DRASTICALLY decreased the size of their wings. Originally, this place had the biggest wings i'd ever seen, which made them so great! Now, the price is the exact same, but the wing supplier has changed. Much too small for the price. Sauce it great, GO BACK TO JUMBO WINGS PLEASE

Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and was in the area. Didn't realize that they have 1/2 or whole chicken as options. We got the waffle fries covered in parmesan with a half order and some edamame. The fries came out hot, and so did the chicken. The chicken was spicy just the way I expected them to. The edamame was delicious as well. When I need a fix for fried chicken. I will definitely be returning here. Seat yourself and enjoy the service at hand.

I pass this place almost every day and finally decided to try. I called in my order and the person on the other end of the phone was very patient with me. I ordered honey garlic chicken wings and white rice. The chicken wings had great flavor and crunch on the outside. The inside wasn't as seasoned as I like but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would definitely try them again.

Truthfully, the chicken here is good but if you are looking for something that is crispier and with more variety in sauce flavor. I would recommend bb.q chicken in Cary. The price value is about the same as this restaurant but I have to say that the other one is my preferred now. Again, Chicken Bee have good food options if you are looking for some Asian cuisine downtown. But you can find better Korean Chicken elsewhere.

Amazing food and service. Sells out fast, but if you can catch the kimchi or man du before they are out, it's worth it.

Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options, but man du is delicious.

the chicken is not seasoned at all, they throw so much breading on it it makes it feel like a large piece of chicken but that’s not the case the wings and drumsticks are small. The service is nonexistent.

Stopped by for dinner. Sat at the bar area, since I was solo. Told I couldn't sit there,so sat at a table. Dont know why I couldn't sit at the bar. Never been here before. Menu has a few items like Ramen,Korean Style Chicken, rife bowls, ect. I got a rice bowl with Bulgogi. Was semi-bland. Bulgogi meat was shredded and tough. Other toppings were ok. Ordered a 6pc KFC wings. Not too bad,not the best in the area. Overall, have it a shot but probably wouldn't be back.

I love Korean fried chicken and this did not disappoint. I walked in and placed a Togo order, took about 15-20 mins to get my food. It was hot and fresh, the staff was very nice... Welcomed me when I walked in.Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic were delicious, I should have ordered extra sauce. I do wish they had traditional Korean BBQ sauce (one of my favs), but I was still very satisfied with my order. I recommend this restaurant and would definitely eat here again.
