my favorite korean fried chicken place in the area! we frequent here and the hmart location very often. the sizes of their chicken are plentiful compared to other places. we enjoy every flavor even as leftovers, it’s still so delicious. highly recommend their spicy soy garlic chicken!

The food was terrible. The rice tasted like frozen veggies and onions. The chicken was not the best and some of the pieces didn’t look like chicken at all. I’m so upset I paid $35 and I can’t even eat the

Let's get it out of the way, Chicken Bee is slow, but it's because they are lovingly creating the greatest fried chicken you'll ever eat in your whole life. Every time a friend or family member is in town, I take them to Chicken Bee. Every time I need to be cheered up, I get Chicken Bee. Every time I have a wonderful life event, I get Chicken Bee. Y'all I celebrated THE BIRTH OF MY CHILD by getting some honey garlic boneless wings from Chicken Bee. It's a truly magical place.
I do enjoy Korean Fried chicken and had hopes for a good meal. It was meh.The appetizers, mozzarella sticks and zucchini fries were decent.I ordered boneless honey garlic pieces, which the server wrote down. Instead I was brought pieces with bones. It took them a while to bring boneless chicken and it wasn't my favorite. The honey garlic sauce was actually nice, but the breading ruined the flavor. My fiance's chicken sauce was the onion creamy one. That sauce smelled gross and was not enjoyable to try.The staff were okay, but it seems they need more people during bulk dinner hours. Not coming back, but to each their own.

The food was amazing but I need to warn everyone the portion sizes are LARGE. I ordered the seafood pancake, 6 honey wings, and chicken fried rice. Each one could have been a full meal. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about recommendations and the service was great even close to closing time.

Not as good as BonChon. Only comparable item are their dumplings. Would not be my first choice.
The food is well made, delicious even. My friend walked into room and just smelt an empty box of Chicky Bee and commented on how delicious it smelled, imagine hot taste! My gripes with this place are that the food is somewhat expensive for the portion you get, the sides are an uninspired, and there's an unnecessary convenience fee if you order online.

Honestly one of the worst fried rice dishes and wings I've had in years, very dry and bland. Considering this is a Bonchon clone possibly take notes from them. If you want good food go to Bonchon this menu is a copy of theirs.

I've been a semi-frequent diner at Chicken Bee for the past three years. It's a solid option for Korean food in Durham. My go-to order is the bibimbap, which is a bowl topped with vegetables, a fried egg, and your choice of protein. I've tried the chicken, beef, and tofu options, and they are all great. You should try the japchae base: sweet potato noodles marinated to be flavorful and chewy. The vegetables are refreshing and light. My friends enjoy the soy garlic wings at Chicken Bee. The wings are coated in a sweet sauce that balances the juicy chicken inside. I'm personally not the biggest fan of fried chicken, but I love the pickled radish that comes with it as a side. For dessert, I recommend the strawberry bingsoo topped with Korean cereal. The portion is large, so order it to share as a sweet finisher for your meal.

Great little Korean restaurant. Specializes in Korean style fried chicken. I had the bibimbap. Which you can customize by choosing base, protein and sauce. Delicious!
