My wife and I have enjoyed dining and eating at Chilis for years, ever since we started dating. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be, and the increased prices have discouraged us from choosing Chilis as often. The last few times we have ordered online for pickup, we have had to wait 10-15 minutes longer than the estimated time, and often have our ranch missing from not only our order of cheese fries but also our chicken crispers meal. Last time, they also forgot our side of corn. Probably won’t be returning here any time soon, and if you do choose to eat at Chilis, I recommend dining in for the best experience, or double-checking your pickup order before you leave. Don’t even bother using DoorDash or Grubhub either, because if one tiny item isn’t available at Chilis when you order, those services will just straight up cancel your online order without notifying you until 30-40 minutes has passed.

Our experience was not good here. It's been awhile since we've been to Chili's so we're not sure if it's this location or Chili's in general is going downhill. We got the lunch specials. The salsa was like water. The chicken tenders were tough. And the fiesta bowl was cold. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

I bought a gift card online before going to this restaurant. I was told that the process takes at least 24hrs. I was disappointed but the Manager LaVar was so sweet he gave me gift cards the equal amount of which I purchased. Totally unexpected. They honored the 10% off for veterans. Food was very good. Thank you Chilli's

I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times, each time thinking “it can’t be worse than last time.” Yet somehow, this restaurant finds ways to lower the bar. NO MORE.
Food: always cold, stale, and made incorrectly (This isn’t hyperbole , I haven’t had a single meal that tasted fresh. Everything is always lukewarm at best). This time, we placed a to-go order for an old timer burger (without cheese or onions) with fries and a triple dipper that consisted of honey chipotle mozzarella sticks (x 2) and southwest egg rolls.
Burger meal: fries were cold and stale (as usual). They put cheese and onions on the burger (yet somehow acknowledged the customized order on the receipt by highlighting the changes). They also somehow left off lettuce and tomatoes without being asked to do so (maybe they were out of lettuce and tomato, I don’t know). The burger patty itself (though cold), actually tasted fine. I was pleasantly surprised.
Triple dipper: There was NO sauce for the appetizers (it’s supposed to come with avocado ranch and regular ranch). When I asked the employee about the sauce, she stated “we’re out of ranch”. Really?! At 1pm on Tuesday?!?! The mozzarella sticks were terrible. The flavor was good, but the texture was rubbery, too saucy and the food was cold (see the theme here?). The southwest egg rolls were surprisingly very good, even without the sauce. They had a crunchy texture and great flavor profile. I suppose the egg rolls were premade and microwaved, which reduces the chance of screwing it up.
Service: terrible. I was served by an elderly white woman (just providing a description, wasn’t able to catch her name). When I asked her about the sauce, she said “we’re out of ranch”, then completely dismissed me without offering other sauces or alternatives. Just terrible. She gave the impression that she didn’t want to work, nor had time for customers. No communication.
This restaurant has proven time and time again that the employees don’t care about customer satisfaction . The quality of employees MATTER. If your employees can’t follow simple instructions, the company won’t succeed, hence the low rating. Clear evidence of poor leadership. My advice to customers: purchase food items that require no customization. Eliminate the ability for employees to make mistakes. Otherwise, you will be disappointed each time.

This Chilis has roaches, I know it’s bad because the one that ran across the bar out of someone’s food tray was a baby roach. The place is infested I suggest they shut down and fix the problem. Extremely disappointed and disgusted tonight, the manager didn’t even rush or come in a timely manager. The employee just killed the roach right in front of us 🤦🏽♀️ Glad we seen before we ordered food only got to drinks 🤮 please don’t risk your health by going here, go to the one in brier creek. This is no hate to the employees by the way because it’s only can be managements fault!

The few times we've gone here service has been really slow. After we place our order the server always disappears for 30 minutes or walks past without making eye contact or checking in on your. It took us 15 minutes to get a basket of chips and then another 30 to get our food. The place wasn't busy and we didn't order anything that should have taken nearly that long. When the food showed up it had definitely been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
Manager always seems to be hanging around chatting with a server or a friend and not really checking in on anyone.
My expectations aren't high at Chili's but this one still consistently disappoints.

We had great service! The reason for the 1 star is cleanliness… this place is rated at a 91.0 . Should have taken that as a sign…they have roaches at this location my husband had one go right by his head and there is a sewage smell. I’d be scared to see the kitchen.. all I could think after seeing the roach. Those go hand and hand..
