I love chilis but this one was bad hot beer food cold. Got a swis burger I think I can do betere than the cook. Al doe service was regular. Ill never go back again.

Three strikes and your out!
My husband and I were the only people in the restaurant and our server took 15 minutes to take our order, food took 38 minutes to come out, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to see anyone to ask for the check. The food wasn't even charged or made correctly, the appetizers were extremely salty and our server never returned after we got our food! On top of that, when she was present, she was extremely rude, had an attitude, and if I had to guess, under the influence! This ruined our date night (which we rarely get) and we will definitely never return!

We love Chili’s chain but this one is not very good. The service is really bad, it takes 15 min for people to come up, and then 30+ minutes to wait for your food. We ordered fajitas and burger, the burger was overcooked and with no flavor. They did not bring any tortillas for fajitas so we needed to wait extra 10 minutes to get tortillas. After they brought them, the tortillas were stale. Overall food and service is not good.

The wings were all cold, dry, and overly salty. I’m not sure if the one on the left was actually house BBQ sauce but man it was disgusting, salty and sour at the same time. The fried mozzarella was the only thing I enjoyed.

The server was really nice. The food was okay. They had us packed in the restaurant like fish. It took forever for us to receive our food. I love Chili's but everything I go there now there is a new disappointment.

Gigi was our waitress and she was incredible! It was packed and she was running non stop! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable of my allergies. Give that girl a million dollar raise Please!!!!!

Not good and not terrible. The service was poor, but the food was good. Overhead lights at some of the small booths shine directly down which causes an odd atmosphere.
