Rude rude rude! The lady had an attitude for no reason. I came in there with a positive attitude and she was rolling her eyes and talking in an extremely condescending manner. I walked out. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that does not respect the people on its community. Do better, China King!

I had to be frugal with the stars because I didn't want to upset the scale. This place is awesome. The food was fresh and hot. Service was prompt and courteous. So, when we got food here, the score was 3.6, which for Chinese food in America indicates delicious food and authentic Chinese manners.
Called to place a pickup order and was treated so rudely. As if I was a bother! Unacceptable and I’ll never return! Told her never mind I’ll, spend my money elsewhere! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ll be sure to share this experience in the community forum I’m active in.

My first visit. I checked the reviews before I walked inside period. I bought 2 Spring Rolls & Roasted Pork Fried Rice. The Rolls smelled good, ingredients looked fresh but mostly dough. Greasy. The fried rice with yellow rice had no taste for me. Bland. Added Soy sauce & Salt didn't improve taste, no good. plentiful veggies. A black gentleman ordered before me, obvious cashier expected we're a couple. He left. I tried to extend courtesy yet. she acted empty, uninterested. A Hispanic man & woman entered. Mother & Son perhaps. Cashier's frown turned into smiles! Real talk. Historically, Latino's spend more money. She encouraged large size portions....I looked her way letting her know I was aware of her change in attitude. And I thought at first this little hole in the wall that doesn't look like much the food might actually be good. Nada!!!!! I had four bites sealed to back up put in the refrigerator didn't even let it cool off. I can't even think of what will make this rice taste better. It was just planned and greasy I mean greasy it was so greasy that the bag had grease spots. From her experiences with customers she seemed not to expect much of nothing from people of color. I'm glancing the 3 and I say to myself how dare she when they're darker than I am. I won't return. Not even for the Lunch Special $7.55.
Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see. Nothing friendly about the establishment. Maybe the cook was tired, that handed me my bag wasn't nice enough either. Customers expect a portion of kindness, appreciation and respect spending their hard earned money. Real talk.

When I say good Chinese food I mean good! I'm from DC, I've tried many places here and been disappointed time after time. It's not a sit in and eat place but if you want good food this is it. Drove in from Clayton for it, IYKYK it's an hour drive to Durham. Well worth it! Had chicken, mixed vegetables with pork fried rice. Sorry my plate is almost done.
