This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The cashier was rude and uninviting. Before we ordered, I inquired on behalf of my vegan dad if they could make the vegetable fried rice and vegetable lo-mein vegan with no animal byproducts, specifically egg. She said there is no meat or egg in the vegetable dishes. We ordered both for my dad and then quickly ordered for myself, my son, and my husband. My sister took a little longer she said she wanted the pork lo-mein but wasn't sure what else she wanted I was going over the menu with her rushing her while trying not to make her feel rushed she commented on not wanting egg (she is allergic) and the cashier then tells us the lo-mein noodles contain eggs... we ended up changing my dad's order because of the egg she said wasn't in it to begin with. Then because my sister wasn't sure but she was certain she did want pork lo-mein we ordered it anyway along with an entree.. when we got the food we got everything but the pork lo-mein. When I asked about it the cashier said my sister had changed her mind and ordered the entree instead. We ordered for dine in however the AC wasn't working and by the time we got our food we were sweating and ready to go I went to the counter and asked for boxes and was charged $0.40 per box... needless to say we were not happy and the service was awful.

The lady behind the counter has an attitude when you approach the counter, which is something I never received a at Chinese restaurant. I spoke first because she just stood there and looked at me instead of greeting me and asking what would I like to order. I had to hop on Google to check to their reviews to make sure it wasn’t just my experience. Indeed not, so many others share the same experience. What a shame to treat people this way when there are SO many other Chinese restaurants around.

Stay away from this place. Chicken was with a weird flavor, not good at all. Rice normally has shrimp and didn’t this time, place smell like humidity.
The food is every good egg roll crispy and crunchy, but the customer service was one of the worst I've ever seen from a Chinese restaurant in my entire 30 years of living. fYI the lunch specials does not come with and egg roll or pork fried rice 🤨

They always burn my rib tips! The lady always have an attitude and it crazy certain items they only accept cash! And it takes longer than 10 minutes for your food.

It’s rather unfortunate but I would not recommend this place. I would have given them no start if I could. The lady and her son are rude and disrespectful. The food was good but the service just leaves a bad taste
