This Chipotle seriously needs a reality check. The staff act like they’re being forced to work there — no greetings, no eye contact, no basic courtesy. They move slow, ignore customers, and don’t even bother saying sorry for the ridiculous wait times. Every visit feels like you’re interrupting their day just by showing up. I’m paying for food, not an attitude. Management needs to step up and fix this because this location’s customer service is flat-out miserable.

Woman making my order kept making eye contact with her coworker every time I asked her to do something. When asked about it she said she was tired. I saw right through it. If I say something, then you look at your coworker and laugh, how am I supposed to take that? Completely unprofessional kids they’re hiring now.

By far the worst chipotle they were eating food while serving food it wasn’t chipotle they were eating to be exact chic fil a behind the counter drinking a milk shake then they aren’t taking any cash No cash sign all over and all I had was cash so I had to go next door to Enzo forced to buy a cookie that I didn’t want to give the chipotle workers exact change then asked for a manager on shift they all claimed there was no manager and just ate the food the quality was terrible need an follow up email if possible please and thank you

I work near this chipotle so I've gotten it a few times. Out of 10 times they only get my order right maybe 2 times. Stop substituting the steak for the braised beef. It's super obvious and not what I pay for.
