Chipotle was recently on the news for their sloppiness at multiple locations. Because this was months ago, I figured they’d had time to rectify the issue and I should be good to go..not at all 😒
I didn’t take any pics, as I left my phone in the car, but every trash can in the building was overflowing.
The only utensils available near the drink station were knives.
They rush soooo bad to make your order and barely give you any of what makes sense (I.e. your meat choice).
The lettuce was so brown and the guy had put a few pieces up there before I noticed (mind you, those few shreds was all that he was going to give me, because he gave it to me and was waiting to tell him my next thing).
When I requested some fresh lettuce because that one looked old, he didn’t have an attitude, but he reluctantly pulled the new one out and started looking around as if it wasn’t necessary for me to need something of better quality smh.
The customer service was sub-par.
I’m not sure what type of management they’re under, but this is probably the worst Chipotle location that I’ve ever been to.

My daughter and I have been to this location many times over the last few years (it is very close to home). Same cycle happens. I will go once or twice and get good quality fresh food, and then Wammo! I will get disgusting old flavorless dry food and stop going for a few months. Then I can't help myself and I want my Chipotle fix and I end up here again. It is good a time or two or three... then Bam! The food is horrible for a few times and I stay away for a while. I don't know if it is management change or just incredibly inconsistent food handling, but at least twice I have thrown my food away without eating because it looked so risky. For almost a year, we would drive 20 minutes away to a different Chipotle. Very frustrating. Try at your own risk.

My bowl came with a sticker in my guacamole today. I tried to call and it said the associates were too busy to answer my call.

I’am not sure why the beans were undercooked and taste like water, the rice seems like they used too much water as well. The chicken was like shredded chicken and seems burnt. Seems like they served the food from the previous night. I didn’t go in. I had my daughter to go inside and this was around opening time. Never again. Go to another chipotle because trust me if I would have checked the food before leaving and headed back my way I would have returned it for my money back. I had everyone in the car to try the food to make sure it wasn’t just me. Taste like what I think dog food would taste like.

They're getting this rating because it was a good place to use the restroom I would never eat at this place because their people are very rude as far as service I go to every Chipotle just about and ask them to specifically make my burrito a certain way and they all refuse to it's a very simple method I want it made just the way they do at Taco Bell leave one in open and roll it like a burrito not like a basketball they simply refuse to do what I simply asked them to do so I can spend my 10 or $15 there but they refused to make it the way I simply asked him

The worst Chipotle. Would rather drive to the next closest one than order anything from here at this point. Unfortunately their delivery apps only let you order from the closest one to your address (but it's no different if you pick up in store) Last order had stale rice, cold chicken, random bits of bell pepper in the burrito bowl when I didn't specify them. Past orders have had bits of meat burnt to the point of being inedible and incredibly small portion sizes. Chipotle support in the app eventually gave up trying to make good on these orders and told me to contact the store directly.
Don't know if this store just gets by on being close to a hospital and college and having a captive customer base or what.
The white rice was weird tasting and so we're the tomatoes in my salsa. Ten hours later I had the worst tummy ache ever! They advertise on freshness but my bowl was not. Sorry but I have had this experience with other locations. Chipotle needs to step up the quality if the prices are going up as well. I have also wondered why they don't give free chips and salsa like other Mexican food places do. Not going back!

Never has vinaigrette. And do a mobile order they won’t put anything in your bowl. I paid almost $17 for a bowl and nothing was in it.
Food was good. But obvious everyone there hates their job.
