This is the worst Chipotle in Durham. I tried to call for assistance and they just blew me off. I ordered two bowls better much the same ingredients and it looked like someone had eaten part of it.Additionally there were ingredients that neither of my bowls were supposed to have, but there was the fajita veggies and I definitely did not order those.Disgusting. Go to the Chipotle on Watkins, definitely worth the drive.

Went for dinner pick up around 8:30pThe staff was cordial, but the food not so great. Rice was sticky a bit overcooked. I bought a chicken burrito & chicken portion was much less than usual. I was basically eating a rice and bean burrito.When I got home and took a few bites with no meat, quite disappointed. And we know how big the burritos are.
The restaurant is dirty , and the customer service was horrible. The employees were talking and laughing with each other but very short with customers. I asked for salt and was treated like I had asked for a million dollars.

I travel across the U.S. for work and have enjoyed Chipotle from coast to coast... This is perhaps the worst. I ordered what they referred to as a burrito; I would call it sadness. The rice and beans were completely tasteless, and the meager portion of "Protein" made me realize I should have gone somewhere else. Moreover, they didn't have much else to add to it because they ran out... Why are you even open? Just to disappoint? Because I couldn't even finish the food..

First told me order would be delivered in 30 min then pushed out to 45. After waiting an hour got a text my order was canceled and could not get anyone to explain why - if you want reliable food delivery not your place

I think the service has gone downhill a bit over the last year or so at this location, I’m not sure why. The most recent experience I asked if they could grab some salt and she said they don’t have any salt… Which is just ridiculous ha ha. If busy, totally OK to say that, but a blatant lie isn’t a great customer experience.
