Received the worst service here. Went and ordered a burrito and the manager wrapped my burrito so horribly that the entire thing fell apart on the table while I was eating. I spoke to the manager and she told me my options were to scoop everything (from the dirty table) into a new tortilla or buy a new burrito. I asked for a new burrito all together and she said I had to buy a new one despite her mistake being the reason my burrito fell apart. This is unfortunate because I really liked this Chipotle, but I will not be returning.

This location is usually spot on, but the last two visits have been a complete disappointment. My very last visit had a bowl missing lettuce, cheese, and salsa even though it was written on the label. I understand mistakes happen, but missing half of the order is either intentional or a gap in training that should be addressed immediately.

Just had a steak and chicken bowl, I said to myself this can't be chipotle, nothing tasted like the chipotle I have eaten before my bowl was giving rough start with no seasoning my chicken didn't even taste rite, I was very disappointed, it was soupy giving a potatoe salad taste

Idk what girl just made my bowl but this is the best thing ever

Disgusting, unwelcoming, no ice! There was food littered & smeared all over tables and seats and on the floors throughout the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing. The person taking my order said nothing and just stood there looking at me as if she was mute. Food was cross contaminated in containers and put in what I ordered that way. There was no ice for any of the drinks but they charged full price. One of the girls working with the food had 3-4 foot long hair hanging down, which is unacceptable around food. This place should be shut down for uncleanliness and not allowed to reside in Southpoint.

This chipotle is usually really good but I went recently and the young lady was rude and texting on her phone with the same gloves on she used to prepare my food. Just disgusting smh

This black woman was rude and very unprofessional making my food and I got very sick due to her cross contaminating and using her same gloves that she use to prepare food to text on her phone. When I approached the line she was standing there on her phone while I waited to give my order. She very poorly prepared my burrito to the point where I had to ask her to put it in a bowl. I used to really love this location but as long as that young lady is there, I WILL NOT RETURN.

Food was great. The portions were great And for it being in a mall I was pleasantly surprised at its size. I did take my bowl home. And I definitely am not gonna complain about the customer service. As long as the line was, the people behind the counter were handling it very well

Great service, always gives a generous portion and has never been out of anything! Our go to chipotle in Durham area!

There are two other chipotles closer to me and I go to this one because the portion sizes are always huge. Just had a bowl that was perfect steak, no gristly pieces. They also always get the order right and are timely. Hardly ever a line.
