Long story short, I took my family here for a Sunday afternoon lunch and we had very unfortunate service. The employees were not kind and were not understanding. The young man who brought me my plate was exceptional though and I do appreciate his kind demeanor. There are so many other restaurants where people will be kind to you even if you bring children or mess up your order.

Food is among the worst I've ever seen from Chipotle. Terrible quality comparatively speaking. Never seasoned as well as other locations, it's very bland and portions feel smaller.
Service is terrible. For online orders, you will Consistently wait 20-30 minutes after app or site says your food will be ready. I watched a staff member prep food on the line for in store guests, then turn around pick a piece of meat off the table behind them and put it in their mouth then go back to serving customers. Have seen staff vape outside while cleaning tables and taking out trash and then return to facilitate food without washing hands.
Atmosphere - The restaurant is consistently dirty, trash overflowing out of the bins, floors full of food, it's a mess. Staff just consistently seem disengaged and no urgency to move on orders.
Appears to be managed very poorly, no way around it.

I felt inclined to leave a review today because the associate at the tortilla station ( beginning of the line) was extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he had a nose ring and beads in his hair. Hope to see him again! :)

To be honest this is the worst Chipotle in the Triangle. They’ve gotten my carry out order wrong everytime they’ve made it. And the big girl always got an attitude

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They get your order wrong often, the food is usually cold and not fresh, and they skimp on protein. On two recent occasions, the chips were stale, chewy and inedible. They even tasted like grocery store chips on one trip, as if they ran out and decided to go buy some at the store instead of just saying they were out. If this store wasn't just 5 mins from our house where the next one is 15 mins away, I'd choose another store. But it's convenient. Management must be terrible since I keep submitting complaints to corporate and nothing seems to ever change at this store. Today they had many workers in the store, yet they still got our mobile order wrong, so it wasn't a staffing issue either. Just avoid this one if you can and pick another. There are better options within a few mins nearby like Sabor, or even Moe's if you really want something similar to Chipotle at the same price point.

Very bad service. I can understand that not all the ingredients are available but what I cannot accept is staff being rude and throwing trays and rice because I am asking for white rice or steak and they don’t want to get them from the “online” space. VERY BAD experience. All that team lacks customer service.

Worst service, staff very rude, nothing compared to what Chipotle was once. There is no steak and they want to force you to eat chicken and get mad. Staff needs to be trained, they are not happy to be there and that is what they transmit to customers.

I placed an order today on the app, I had just signed up so I got a free guac. Mind you the power in the mall had just came back on, and it took a min for there orders to come through. I realize when she was done making my order I didn’t get my free guac and because I had already placed the order it did not show in my rewards. I stated this to the manager Mercedes, And she refused to give me a free guac because it wasn’t on my receipt. Then when I get home I look at my ingredients and not everything I added was on the sticker. Obviously everything didn’t come through on their end and they made it seem like it was my fault. So I had a wrongly made meal and no guac. I was highly disappointed with this service today, you’d think they be more accommodating being that the power had just went out and people had been waiting on their food for more than 20 mins.

Good energy when I walked in. Decent portion & they had the honey vinaigrette. Once you’ve had it you can’t eat here without it
