I felt inclined to leave a review today because the associate at the tortilla station ( beginning of the line) was extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he had a nose ring and beads in his hair. Hope to see him again! :)
Possibly understaffed, but they did not have a cashier. So the associate at the beginning of the line had to stop and cash the people out, while someone behind him is chopping up chicken. I did come in at about 12:15. I was 3rd in line, behind 2 other couples, but it took some time for someone to start our orders. I hope this helps the people who are actually working vs. the ones just hanging out in the back.
I love Chipotle. However, I do have a problem with the lack of facial hair covering at this particular establishment. I can accept the lack thereof, provided the facial hair is well kept, but the individuals here do not have well kept facial hair. (My apologies for not including the photos I took. I must have deleted them.)
