Food was great. The portions were great And for it being in a mall I was pleasantly surprised at its size. I did take my bowl home. And I definitely am not gonna complain about the customer service. As long as the line was, the people behind the counter were handling it very well

There are two other chipotles closer to me and I go to this one because the portion sizes are always huge. Just had a bowl that was perfect steak, no gristly pieces. They also always get the order right and are timely. Hardly ever a line.

I must let it be known, this Chipotle was on point. My daughter loves Chipotle and some of these restaurants are terrible with portions and being sanitary well as customer service, that wasn't an issue today. Very Satisfied so our opinion may be different from yours, just give it a try.. It won't hurt... everyday isn't gonna be perfect!!
