Dirty ….. lazy ….. Out of food at 9:08 pm…. Young ppl didn’t want to make fresh steak choose to tell me they were out of it…. Another worker cooked the steak took 15 minutes… Gave my all fat and gristle versus meat….. Queso was horrible and chips were stale….. DO BETTER

Walking into chipotle today had the worst service ever. They just opened that morning. The employees act like they had a nasty attitude…she act as if she didn’t wanna serve me today. I asked if I could have rice out of the container that was made this morning rather than rice that was in a container that was already 1/4 empty, an looks like it was already serve from the day before. Learn to treat people with respect.

I don't know why I've been back to this place more than once.
My main problem with this place is the same problem I run into at every other chipotle: the employees don't seem to be skilled at rolling burritos. It seems like they are competent enough to sling food from a trough into a bowl, and that's it. I threw my burrito in the trash today because it was such a painful experience to eat. The tortilla wasn't closed and neither was the foil. I don't understand this and I never will.
I worked in a southwest restaurant that also served burritos and I've seen many mishaps stem from trying to roll a very full burrito and this isn't what happens. If the tortilla is warm, it will stretch. If it stretches too far, it will blow out in the middle of the tortilla. This isn't that. It's just a pointless waste of time, money, and food.
The bathroom was out of napkins. There is always a bunch of stuff all over some of the booths which cuts the seating options by 10 percent which is a lot during a busy lunch.
Sheesh. Do better.

This store was so disgusting on 8.11 at about 8:30p. There was so much trash and food scraps everywhere. It looked like a tornado. Instead of using the utensils the server used his fingers to grab the corn. Absolutely terrible.

I love Chipotle, but I don't understand why they are always out of ice in their ice-maker every time I come to the Chipotle on Roxboro Rd. No other Chipotle location seems to have that problem. How are you going have fully functioning soda fountains, but no ice? Please fix it and keep it fixed.
I regret to share that my recent experience at this Chipotle location was deeply concerning. After dining here, I experienced a serious case of food poisoning , which required medical attention and several days of recovery. This incident raises significant concerns regarding food handling and safety protocols at this establishment. I urge management to thoroughly review their practices to ensure this does not happen to other customers. While I have previously enjoyed Chipotle, I will not be returning.

Yesterday I went for dinner there were no veggies I asked the young lady that was preparing my bowl were more veggies coming out she said no and laughed. I asked about the guacamole because it was very brown her response was that’s the only guacamole they have left remind you it was only 5ish in the evening. The area was very dirty and everyone was unprofessional. Nothing looked fresh

Ordered the burrito bowl with lettuce, steak and other toppings. Overall quantity was significantly smaller than the previous times I ordered from there. I probably had three strands of lettuce in the bowl. Definitely a disappointing experience
